We booked with Vikki Coffey twice now and due to book with her again, she was absolutely amazing. Kept us updated with everything we needed to know as and when. Can’t thank her enough for her dedication and commitment to making sure you have the best holiday possible.

Vikki was amazing, she works so hard to get your holiday right, and we had an amazing time on our cruise, cannot wait for the next one. Vikki is professional in her job and passionate about getting everything right for her customers. Would definitely recommend using this company again.

NJT. Vikki Coffey. What an amazing asset to the company. In or out of work hours Vikki was always reachable for any concerns that arose. It was my first cruise and thanks to Vikki and colleagues and her commitment to her work the experience was a great success from booking, sorting cabins, answering questions and liaising with the cruise company on our behalf made it a smooth and enjoyable holiday. I would highly recommend the company and especially Vikki for their hard work. .

Vicki is great she did a group booking for MSC Steve Steinman cruise she went over and above and linked several booking together and linked us together at the dining table . She is extremely professional and would recommend her to anyone

Vicki was fantastic in arranging our MSC cruise on the Virtuosa. It was a very large party booking but she managed everything with care and attention. Always keeping you informed with updates or potential changes. If you use this travel service, you would have made the right decision

We went on the Steve Steinman cruise and had a fantastic time. Vikki was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fabulous memorable experience. Nothing was to much trouble. Vikki Coffey is amazing. The Steve Steinman rocking the boat cruise was phenomenal

First contact with Vicki was through leaflet for Steve Steinman 4 days cruise with MSC to Ireland in Sept 2024. We actually had been to one of Steve’s shows in July 2023 and had a leaflet regarding it & he mentioned it at end of the show. He said to ring vicki on the number on the leaflet & she would sort everyone out. We rang the next day & booked with her. She was very helpful with any queries etc. she came on the cruise & was sorting any issues for people out. It was I believe the largest group booking MSc has ever had & vicki & her team sorted this all out. Well done & looking forward to 2026 one. Good luck with it all Vicki & team but hopefully this time there won’t be as many first time cruisers for you to explain so much to & we have all learnt something.

Went on the rocking the boat cruise - cant wait for the next 1 .

Vikki went above and beyond to ensure our Steve Steinman cruise went as smoothly as possible considering the complexity of what was achieved.
We have been contacted in readiness for 2026 when the next one happens and would recommend Vikki and her Team with any cruise plans

I have never known anyone work as tirelessly as Vikki did for the Rock the Boat cruise. She sorted out many things for us; both before and during the cruise. I would certainly not hesitate to make use of her services in the future because I know that we will be in safe hands.

My daughter and I booked the rocking the boat cruise through Vicky.I found her very friendly and approachable. She managed what was a logistical nightmare efficiently and as I am elderly and disabled
was always available to answer my questions and sort out my needs. Would not hesitate to book with her again

We used Vikki Coffey at NJT for a mini 4 night cruise in sept 24
Friends of ours had already booked and the cruise had sold out however we managed to jump on with 2 more friends due to two cabin cancellations.
Vikki was extremely helpful in getting all the bookings tied up together.
We couldn’t have asked for any more from her and would thoroughly recommend using her for your holiday travels.

Sailed with MSC on the rock the boat cruise. What could have been a logistical nightmare WASN'T ! because of the efforts Vikki and team put into making it a success for everyone. The work they put in was truly exceptional and of the highest professional standards. If you are thinking of trying a cruise give Vikki a call and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
