Last minute visa
After discovering my official e-visa had the wrong passport number I took a gamble on this company as I was desperate but a little sceptical also.
I applied for a visa using their very simple online service after messaging on WhatsApp at approximately 9pm and received my visa the next day at 5pm, as promised. Visa was good to go. Cost $385 Australian dollars but I was happy to get it and I found their service exceptional.

VietnamVisaEasy saved my trip to Vietnam
I was not allowed to get on my flight today due to no visa. I had accidentally used travel agent website instead of Vietnam official government website to apply for visa 3 weeks earlier, but never got my visa despite repeatedly emailing them and only got AI answered back. In desperation, I went to VietnamVisaEasy website, was contacted on Whatsapp before I could even finish my application, and Visa was delivered in 2.5hrs exactly as he promised.

Vietnam Visa received in 1 hour
Everyone’s visa except my young son’s was approved and we were flying in 6 hours when I contacted Vietnam Visa Easy. They responded to my questions over WhatsApp immediately and instructed me on a more cost-effective choice for what I needed, despite the very short turnaround. I received what I needed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with VietnamVisaEasy
I had a great experience with VietnamVisaEasy to expedite my visa application. My visa application had not processed in time for my departure due to Vietnam’s public holidays for the Lunar new year that I did not account for. I contacted a few services but chose VietnamVisaEasy due to their fast and professional response, clear and thorough instructions and communications with me, and fair pricing. I would use them again or recommend them to anyone who ends up in need of expedited visa services.

Super fast Vietnam visa
Super fast Vietnam visa — amazing service!
I’ve now used Vietnam Visa Easy twice and both times the service has been absolutely fantastic. The first time I was worried I might miss out on my trip, but after contacting them they arranged my visa within about five hours — incredibly fast and such a relief.
This time I applied for a multiple-entry visa and received it within two days (actually earlier than expected). The process is very straightforward — you simply send your passport details and photo, pay for the processing speed you need, and they handle everything.
Customer service is excellent. He responds quickly every time, fixed a small issue I had on the website without any hassle, and made the whole process stress-free. You can really tell he cares about getting things done properly and on time.
If you need a Vietnam visa quickly and reliably, I highly recommend Vietnam Visa Easy. I’ll definitely use them again, and again AND again 👍

Getting an emergency visa for Vietnam…
Getting an emergency visa for Vietnam can feel counterintuitive. The official Vietnamese government website lists a standard processing time of about three business days (with notice that there’s technical difficulties when you proceed to payment) but if you need your visa sooner than that, the only way to meet a tighter deadline is actually through a third-party agency.
Naturally, sending money to a third party overseas can feel risky. I definitely had concerns about potential scams, so I researched before choosing Vietnam Visa Easy, which had good reviews from past customers.
My experience with them was excellent. They delivered exactly within the expedited timeframe they promised, and they were consistently communicative throughout the process. They kept me updated, confirmed when my application was being processed, and clearly told me when to expect the approval. That transparency made a huge difference and gave me peace of mind that I was communicating with a human working on my visa applications.
If you’re facing a time crunch and need a Vietnam visa faster than the official processing window, I highly recommend Vietnam Visa Easy for their reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism.
