I spoke to Tran on WhatsApp
I spoke to Tran on WhatsApp, they were incredibly kind and understanding of our circumstance and responded extremely quickly which made the whole process a lot less stressfull and easier. Tran gave me a bunch of different options for me to choose based on my situation and then helped me work through what would be the best solution for us considering the fact that we were flying on the monday morning but needed it done before then. It cost around $200 for the weekend service which seems to be much cheaper than other websites that I searched through. Overall Tran went above and beyond, giving me all the information that I could possibly need and I am extremely satisfied with how our experience went!

Processed urgently before Immigration shutdown for National Holiday
Applied for 3 e-visas on the government Immigration site but was not aware they would be closed from 29 Aug to 2 September for the Vietnam National Holiday. We fly out on 4 September so with backlog probably would not be processed in time. Did fast track with Vietnam Visa Easy and it was very fast and efficient. Consultant was fantastic and answered all my questions (I had lots) - all via WhatsApp. Highly recommend. Cost was $100 USD per visa. Received visas in a few hours. Very relieved and happy.

Professional, attentive service -- they will give you confidence!
I didn't realize until less than 24 hours before departure that I needed a Visa. I contacted the company via Whatsapp, and immediately got a response. They were helpful, clear, and very fast in their responses to all my questions, and they delivered the visa within 4 hours. What's best was the confidence they instilled: I was in a near-panic, imagining I was going to have to cancel the trip, but they put me at ease instantly, and I appreciated that above all.
