Great experience
Jack is an excellent guide. Perfect English. The second part of our tour we were accompanied by the wonderful Mai. On the route to Chau Doc she gave us a good insight into the landscape and agriculture. In the evening she took us to a very nice local café with a cosy atmosphere. There was a lot of laughing all the time. We enjoyed and appreciated her support and will stay in contact for other activities.

Jack the historian dude and a great one :)
I was introduced to Jack and his co (Aqua) on our trip down to Chu chi tunnel, Jack came to fetch us from the hotel and we were properly introduced. First impression was immediately a good one. Warm, funny and most importantly Jack is one heck of a walking history book! His immense understanding,knowledge and a lot of sharing of the local history, how passionate he is about his country,it’s tiptop 👌🏼 speaks perfect English, throw in some jargons 😂 we are definitely entertained. Jack leads us into the tunnel and let us experience it ourselves without rushing us out. It was an awesome experience with Jack and his Co. Even the driver was friendly too. I would definitely recommend Jack to anyone who’s looking for a good tour guide. Here’s to Jack and team 🥂 May we cross path again. MM

Great tour. Mr. Kelvin our guide was enthusiastic and friendly. There was never a dull moment with him. He was always helpful with a smiling face. He made our family trip to Cu Chi and Mekong delta memorable.

Great Driver, Knowledgeable Guide… but Not the Best Attitude
I booked this tour for my birthday and was really looking forward to a fun and memorable experience. I appreciate that Jack (guide) and Lâm Tuấn (driver) were kind enough to return to the Ben Thanh office due to a sudden change in our pickup point—this was communicated only 30 minutes before pickup, and while there was a lapse on both sides, this could have been avoided or improved with clearer coordination. Lâm Tuấn was a safe and reliable driver, and we had no issues with him at all.
However, I would like to raise a concern regarding our guide, Jack. At the start, he mentioned to the group, “we apologize for any inconveniences or any latecomers,” which felt like a subtle call-out directed at us. We brushed this off at first.
What made the experience more uncomfortable was when he personally called me out during the tour. I was briefly attending to an urgent matter on my phone, so I wasn’t fully attentive at that moment. I completely respect his passion for sharing Vietnam’s history—especially the personal stories involving his grandmother—but I also believe it’s important to show understanding and respect toward guests, as guides may not know what someone might be dealing with.
He chose to question me about the war in front of the group, seemingly to highlight that I wasn’t listening, and in the process used the phrase “I don’t give a shit.” This felt unprofessional and unnecessary. While he is clearly knowledgeable and informative, this interaction overshadowed the positive aspects of the tour for me. Additionally, the consistent cursing throughout the tour, especially in front of a child, was not something I was comfortable with.
Overall, I hope this feedback can help improve guest interactions going forward. A bit more sensitivity and professionalism would make the experience far better, as the historical content itself is very compelling.

FANTASTIC TOUR!
Jack was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made the tour entertaining and encouraged people to ask any questions. Jack was also very accommodating towards everyones diet for lunch. My 9 year old said he had so much fun learning about the tunnels.
