Awful quality hair - awful company
Awful quality hair, extreme shedding and melts when heat is applied. They lie and say it’s real but even the customs label says synthetic hair. Awful customer service and refusing refund unless I send back at cost to me and will only give me a partial refund so not worth it. DO NOT BUY.

1. The customs label declares the package as synthetic to HELP REDUCE the custom fees. Our hair is 100% real human hair but human hair is a human body part & not easily allowed to ship. Everyone in hair business knows that. TEST the hair by burning it, you'll know if it's synthetic or not.
2. We NEVER did refuse refund. Terms & policies were sent & agreed by Holly before she accepted the order, in which clearly written that:
- Sunny Hair needs to physically receive the merchandise at our office before the refund process happens;
- We will refund the purchase amount of the product only. THE SHIPPING COST & OTHER FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
We do business, we follow terms & conditions agreed by both sides before the purchase happened. Send back us the hair, then we issue the refund immediately.
Lastly, stop spreading false accusation and untrue reviews about SunnyHair!

- Our hair is 100% human hair. TEST THE HAIR, so you'll know the truth. You're spreading false information simply to sabotage our prestige. Wanting to keep the hair but trying to get us refund. We do business, we follow terms & conditions agreed by you before purchasing the hair in which clearly states that if refund happens, Sunny Hair needs to physically receive the merchandise at our office before the refund process happens.
- The thing melted wasn't the hair. It was the keratin. And there were only one hair strand is faulty as it is sticked with a little bit keratin in the manufacture process. We were willing to accept discount and refund. But you were not cooperative and keep spreading false accusation everywhere in order to pressure us sending you money while you still keep the hair. Once again, FOLLOW THE TERMS & CONDITIONS. Return first, then refund is issued immediately. Sunny Hair is always cooperative to solve problems with customers. Scroll through reviews on our sites, you'll see it.
I was told the hair is real human but…
I was told the hair is real human but it is synthetic. I tried to straighten it and it melted in my straighteners. I was not told it couldn’t be straightened. They are refusing me a refund and now Iv wasted money. I was not told the hair couldn’t be straightened and not go back to the curl. They admitted the hair is faulty but will only refund me if I send hair back at a cost to me when I already paid over £50 for delivery to me.

First of all, it is definitely due to keratin melting during you use hot tool, the keratin flowing down to the hair part during making keratin. Secondly, human hair has its elasticity. We steamed hair to make it curl, and it will tend back to its original state. You straightened our curly hair at such a hot temprature, and it can't be curl back as it is made. It proves that our hair is 100% human hair. You can straighten and curl hair, and our hair turn straight and curly when you use your straightener and hot tool. The hair is not melt, it is keratin melt when it exposes to your straightener. You know that.
We agreed on that we will refund to you. As our policy or any policy in the world, refund will be issued after the return. But you avoided returning hair to us. You know that human hair is very expensive, equals to our month salary. We need our hair back, but we see that you are trying to steal our money and our hair by not returning our hair.

Purchased tape in extensions and was greeted with responsiveness and amazing problem solving customer service. Will be purchasing from SUNNY HAIR again

From the first day me and Thao Dinh spoke on whatsapp. She offered to video call me and show me quality of hair and I was able to see everything I wanted to purchase. That has never happened to me. I’ve been into the hair business over 10years. And this was the FIRST time I was offered a video call. The workspace was clean. She was very well spoken kind and patient. She even weighed the hair for me on the scale. I received exactly what I picked. Very fast shipping and she checked on me to make sure package was received. Very trustworthy and honest. Very informative she is a hair specialist and answers all my questions even when I don’t purchase. I am very grateful for this great opportunity to meet her. I couldn’t be more greatful. I purchased a 5x5 26” closure wig bone straight. Natural colored. I was able to lift it to 613 after months of wearing it and the wig still is full to the ends no breakage. I will forever give her my business no questions asked. This is the hair supplier I always dreamed of. I trust her ..beautiful person .. beautiful hair🤍
