Shit support and underdelivered on promises
I got the Elite Package which promises 48h turnaround for the ads. They took 5 DAYS! then once I asked them to aprove it they didn't for the next 4 days and still haven't which means I can't submit new ad creatives! What a scam, it's truly sad that they absolutely underdelivered on their promise and the support doesn't even respond in days as well. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! The respond time and support is absolute trash. Rather save your money. You can't even set the ads as approved by yourself!!! You have to wait for someone to do that.
Truly sad. Such scum that runs this... SCAMMERS!!!

Great Service & Quality Videos
I’ll admit, I initially had doubts about Vidx.io because I reached out to cancel my subscription and didn’t hear back for a few weeks. I later realized I could’ve canceled directly from the dashboard the whole time—so that was on me! Looking back, I definitely overreacted.
That said, the videos they delivered exceeded my expectations. The quality, creativity, and attention to detail were spot on for my brand. I can tell they put real effort into their work, and it shows. They may have just been dealing with a high volume of orders, which makes sense considering how good the final product was.
If you’re looking for solid, professional video ads without the headache, I definitely recommend giving Vidx.io a shot!
