James was invaluable as a surveyor
James was invaluable in helping us with a party wall award relating to our neighbours’ building works, which involved a lot of disruption to our garden. He picked up considerable errors in the notices we had been served with and ensured the correct, detailed approach was followed throughout the process, which was a big relief for us. James was a pleasure to deal with, quick to act and we felt we could trust him fully. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Level 3 survey
At comparatively short notice James carried out a level 3 survey on an older property. I found the report to be concise and brimming with factual information allowing me to make an informed decision on the purchase. Communication was excellent and James answered any questions I had about the report content. Videre Architects and Surveyors are professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate in highly recommending them.

Home Survey
I instructed Videre Architects and Surveyors to help me purchase my property with a Level 3 homebuyers survey. James was very knowledgeable in guiding me through this process. We are now working alongside our Architect Kayleigh Clark at Videre to carry out major alterations and refurbishments to our property.

Home Survey
We recently had a home survey carried out by James at Videre. We can't thank James enough, he made the whole process quick and easy.
Our report was thorough and highlighted some areas of concern with a detailed description.
