We are a business consultancy service company and VideoTile provided us with everything we needed, Video based online courses, They technical and marketing support from Adam and Rebecca has both been excellent.

Great course and the support material was really helpful surprisingly I passed with flying colours. Would highly recommend usually I struggle with stuff like this!

I have worked with VIDEO TILE now for 6 years and my honest rating is based how, on how the services have improved considerably, from the early days!

Any I.T system can have the odd glitch, as it seems have been highlighted on this site with a couple negative reviews but thankfully, from a solitary candidate doing his training but the LMS platform seems to work perfectly 99.9% of the time, to the extent, I have been left with the impression, they must have one or two I.T guru's behind the scenes!

Think about it, as when you offer up to 150 courses that are INTERACTIVE and not your mundane typical PowerPoint based production, you would expect the odd hiccup, as no system is infallible!

What I have always loved about the platform though, is just how easy it is to operate, from a candidate and administrator perspective, as once again, the majority of us ARE NOT I.T GURU'S and in fact, this is this is exactly how I would develop the system myself, if I had the skills!

Apart from being user-friendly, every single course has been approved and given an accreditations by prestigious governing bodies like CPD and IOSH and some courses have up to around 5 accreditations!

To me, they were also pioneers of offering cost-effective online training, which sadly, I think competitors have now copied the model, by offering just ONE FLAT RATE to access all of the courses, no quibble!

Until Video Tile came along most companies, were being greedy in my opinion, by only offering bulk purchases, where you are paying for each topic for each employee!

The system is continually being improved daily and as always and all of our clients that also use the system, fingers crossed, seem to have no complaints.

Long may things continue this way, as we all want an easy life ideally, don't we!

Finally, in the past, the customer service support, WAS lacking badly but I am pleased to say, just as the platform itself has improved, so has the support.

On this note I would even say they are a lovely down to earth bunch of employees, who I actually consider as friends rather than business acquaintances.

Keep up the superb work guys, as I have worked for a multitude of business and and in many different sectors in my 50 year working history, and your services are now up their with the best!!!

Great company to deal with, friendly staff and solved my problem quickly

Staff went above and beyond to help me solve my query. nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend videotile to everyone.

Do not use!!! Scam!! I was taking my exam when a noise alert kept appearing in the bottom left of my screen every time a car drove past my house drawing my eyes to it. Not only was it extremely distracting but it lead to them failing me for the exam because they said I was reading other device. They obviously know what's going on and want you to repay for another exam.

It's always a treat to work with VideoTile.
I've been doing on-camera presenting since the late 20th Century- and I know that professionalism is everything.

The VideoTile crew are a masterclass in preparedness, resourcefulness and instinct.
And they're a thoughtful, fun bunch as well. I look forward to any project that I have with them!

Switched to VideoTile from our previous provider, Learning Plus (now People Plus), to sit the online Level 1 Health & Safety in a Construction Environment award to help our lads gain a CSCS card. Have sat approximately 40 with Learning Plus with zero failures due to technical issues. The only failures we would get is where the lads didn't score high enough. We have now sat 6 online exams with VideoTile and 4 of them have failed due to technical reasons. During one exam recording, our lad experienced a warning flashing up on his screen saying that the system could detect background noise and/or talking. The only noise in the room was a ticking clock on the wall. He spoke to explain this and VideoTile failed him for talking. Funnily enough, it is in VideoTile's best interest to fail students forcing you to purchase an exam re-sit fee at full price. Needless to say that we will never work with this company again and have since signed up students with People Plus.
