Month ago bought a bed , wooden frame only. The quality of it is so poor that is still not fully assembled, not sure it's worth at all.
Struggled literally with everything apart from the instructions booklet given. Booklet is good, but no piece of the frame or hardware is marked what is what and which is which....started counting and measuring to figure out!
If you are ready to say it wasn't meant to be assembled by silly people, what would comment be over defective nuts, not even one spare washer, holes smaller than the bolts or not aligned together.. etc.etc.
Very, very disappointing experience!!
Affordable furniture doesn't mean, ugly, uncompleted, rubbish for hundreds which people can't use!
And because I never talk just to hear my own voice, I am attaching pictures of this piece of art, people to decide would they buy it!!!!!

Ehh product came damaged and color was darker than expected

The quality of the table is bad. I purchased the square coffee table last month on 08/07/2023 and I was disappointed on the quality of the table. The black metal frame are so poorly made, they bend when tighten the screws. I had to screw the table very lightly. The only positive point of my transaction was the fast delivery. I guess they are trying to get weird of all their poorly made furniture.

Absolute rubbish 0 to 5 is how i rate them! My Cousin Mrs Julien bought me a unit my Husband picked as a nice surprise. but it was a disaster. Really the price should've been a warning sign. A cabinet unit so cheap. Please! It was to be constructed by us and alI I can tell you is I have never seen such bad material. It screamed "reject material from wood to glass and on top of that when we told the company we were not happy they refused to refund my Cousin her money back and demanded that we pay for delivery to send it back to them. They also asked for four courners of each box to be sent to them by photo so that they could work out the delivery charge. Have you ever heard of this! It arrived on Friday 25 August, the following Monday the 28th was a Bank Holiday so we wanted to send it back from 29th August, four days later and they want us to pay for delivery to them. There was no delivery slip with the contents and no address on the box. How ridiculous! Do not deal with them. I have already reported them to their head office. 0-5 is how I rate them

I have bought a poor quality table that broke during installation. I contacted the company to start a return, and the nightmare started. I would really like to know how many calls have occurred so far, but I've lost the count. They promised to send emails that had never arrived. They will only do my refund when they receive the product back, however they always schedule to pick it up and never show up. It's exhausting having to tell everything that's happened so far multiple times over and over again, but the only conclusion I've been able to reach is that they definitely don't want to and won't solve the problem.

I purchased greenhouses from this company and they are not good quality at all. The tiles will not stay in them, the frame is not good quality and was so bent when we received it we had to constantly work on it to assemble. I have a second one that I dread putting up because the first one was such a disappointment. Every little wind we get it falls apart. I bought this as an educational tool for students at a school and am highly disappointed.

Beautiful furniture for the price. Especially the color choices! The concrete gray is absolutely beautiful. Thanks to all!!!!

Bare-bones, easy to navigate web based store that does not "oversell" itself, a rarity these days, and much appreciated.

Do not purchase products by VidaXL. If you have to deal with this manufacturer, prepare for a seemingly never ending nightmare. Over 3 months, I had to call them roughly 30 times as they pushed me off and rarely called back when scheduled, I had the same conversation over and over like Billy M in Groundhog Day, they changed their number, they scheduled 3 days in which they agreed to send a truck to replace the defective product they shipped, they did not show any of those days and did not call to let me know for 2 of the days I stayed home, and finally they said today they could not provide a functioning lounge. Avoid VidaXL like a person with two first names. They cannot be trusted.

We bought self adhesive vinyl flooring about 4 years ago. We didn't get the opportunity to lay it. We moved to Spain 2years ago and have just got around to laying it in a spare room. It looks great. So surprised it has stuck so well after so long. We expected to have to buy additional adhesive, but no. Over the moon with the quality.

Excellent experience. Excellent beautiful entry table. Fast delivery. I was able to put it together in about 35 mins. I'm a 68 yr old female partially disabled. Shipping and packaging were impecable. Customer service communication was nice and easy.

Het heeft even geduurd,en het verdient zeker geen schoonheidsprijs hoe je door vidaxl personeel behandeld wordt.
Maar wil wel even laten weten dat Vidaxl als nog netjes mijn geld heeft overgemaakt.
Ps; zou ik daar nog wat kopen? ( NEE)

Helaas een negatieve ervaringen met VIDAXL.
op 20-07-23 heb ik een bestelling gedaan van 2 badkamerkasten en een kastje voor onder de wasbak,het kastje wat onder de wasbak zou moeten komen zat helaas niet bij het afleveren.
Bij het open maken van de dozen bleken ze beschadigd te zijn.
Heb ze als retour aangemeld en ze zijn op 22-07-23 opgehaald.
Het zou 10 werkdagen duren voordat ik mijn terugbetaling op mijn rekening zou hebben.
Na 12 dagen nog niets ontvangen.
Chat geopend en die vertelde mij dat ze het heeft aangevraagd en naar de financiële afdeling gaat.
En dat het weer 10 werkdagen kan gaan duren.
Waren nog bezig met vragen stellen,wordt ineens de chat afgekapt.
Toen telefonisch contact opgenomen, en die kon ook mij niet verder helpen, ook die vertelde mij dat Ik nog eens 10 dagen moest wachten.tijdens mijn gesprek hing ook deze damen ineens de hoorn erop.

Ik hoop dan dat vidaxl dit netjes voor mij gaat oplossen, zodat ik deze negatieve reactie om kan zetten naar een positieve.
Ik hoop dus snel iets te horen.
En dat we dit positief kunnen afsluiten.

I ordered a cabinet, which looked nice in the picture. When I received it, I realised how bad quality it had. The corners were broken partly, and some of the surface lacked surface-material. So cheap looking that I decided to throw it away. I wanted to give feedback, however, I was not offered any email or contact details but just a superficial discussion with a bot thereafter with a customer service person, who could be of no assistance.

Gazebo £152 delivered in good time. Not much problem to build it took a while just pictures for instructions.Some of the poles had scrapes where paint had come off and two had small dents in them.When it was built was i so disappointed in the quality, it is so wobbly that a light wind will probably bend it. You should have product reviews on your site!

Update, VidaXL got in touch quickly after reading my previous review and i can’t fault their customer support in resolving my issue with the gazebo. Fist class service and would not think twice about ordering from them again.

Good delivery service, product is exactly what I need. Well worth the money

The product arrived in perfect condition quickly. The desk is just as advertised and what I wanted.

Bought the vidaXL Garden Storage Cabinet with 4 Shelves online. However, upon receiving it, some of the shelves were damaged. The entire cabinet felt flimsy and it was evident that the shelves were made with low-quality materials.

Organizing the return process turned out to be a pure nightmare. Their customer service is unreachable by phone, and when contacted via email, they relied on translators and templates to respond, making communication very difficult.
It took forever to obtain a return label & receive a refund.
I must have sent over 20 emails and even had to threaten them in order to get my money back.

AVOID AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

If I could give them a 0, I would. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them. The price one of my items was $532 when I placed my order online.
2 days later they send an invoice charging me $60 more!
when I write customer service they claim "we can't do anything if the price went down"
The price did NOT go down, they overcharged me.

Not to mention the color they shipped me is entirely the wrong color & they are offering a measly $6 credit for that mistake, which is a complete joke off a $600+ order value.

For several months I have tried to get my money back for a parasol that was supposed to be excellent.
It brok down after one week.
I paid 1400 DKK for it and they offered me 150 DKK as a full compensation 😱😡
I had to show the Danish law of traiding, as if they didn't know it, to get them to change their mind.
After a long mail correspondence I were allowed to get goods for the full amount. Just write it here in this mail they said.
I did. They accepted the order ant then nothing happend.
Today, another fourth night after, I write them to ask where my order is. AND THEY ASK ME FOR THE ORDER NUMBER!
Al the correspondence is in mails, and it is al an answer to the prior mail. Everything is in the last mail.
They are stalling and stalling.
I am so pi s s e d of.
Give me my goods or my money back.
