Francesca has been excellent to work with. Enlisted Vida Select's help after being on the wrong platform for about a month, and probably doing my profile wrong, among other errors. (Totally new to online dating space.) They improved the profile, put me on better platforms, now far more positive results in the first 12 hrs than in a month of doing it on my own.

Nordika and her team were very helpful with my online dating experience. She really put the time in to get to know me in the beginning so that so she could craft a quality online profile description. During the process, she would send match selections and verify info so that she could be truthful in her team’s communication with potential matches. I had two good connections from the experience and I plan to use Vida in the future to get more quality dates.

Update Nov 22 2024. I spoke with their customer resolution team. After an unfortunate but reasonable enough explanation they explained what issues they were having. As a resolution, they have refunded my $500. While I am disappointed with the service, they ultimately took full responsibility which is what should happen.

I spoke with one of their key matchmakers Alberto and pitched me a $500 database option as I didn't want to spend outrageous sums on another bad matchmaker. Clearly, this one didn't have any better outcomes. It took 3 attempts to submit my preferences after my meeting with Alberto even though he was able to see them. It took 4 months to speak with another member to tell the same things I told to Alberto and was told that I would hear back ASAP. Three months later, I think VIDA select and myself have difference definitions of ASAP.

I had no ‘expectations’ per se, but the service I got from Nordika and her team was only as good as the time I was able to put into the process, which, varies from week to week - currently. And given the 100’s of Dating sites out there each with a myriad of navigational tools— it’s easy to get to overwhelm, just back off … But I always found her team supportive and worked hard to offer me the best possible matches — based on my profile inputs. There’s no shortcut to a successful Match and Date - ANYWHERE, and Nordika was certainly ’positive’ + encouraging to stay true and in tune with my goals for a successful partnership + relationship.

But tbh it was Simmy Sanchez that really made the difference. Our initial 2 hour chat set the whole thing up. She took bits of our chat and fed them into the profile. Then was extremely responsive whenever I needed to comms with Vida about anything. Simmy - thank you for everything. Major superstar, no word of exaggeration. And … I think I have found someone special. 🤩

Nordika and her team were great! You can tell they had put the effort in to find a match for me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, is the when I signed up for it, I thought they had their own database of men looking for relationships. I didn't realize I was going to be signing up for dating apps to find someone.
Either way, I got a lot of useful information from them on what to stay away from and look for.

The team I worked with starting with Shyne are great to work with. She spent time to get to know the type of person I was looking for, , then put a plan into motion. Saved me all the time of sorting through hundreds of profiles. s

Choosing Vida Select was the one of the best decisions I have ever made. Working with Francesca has been an absolute joy. She has been on top of this entire process from fabulous pictures to a perfect profile! She responds to all emails and texts in a super timely manner and is on time to the minute in our daily phone calls. I do not have to spend hours plowing through hundreds of potential "dates". You can have as much personal control as you choose or let them drive your car. Their professional job portraying "me" has led to so many "likes" and interest that I have had to ask them to put their process on hold as I don't have enough time to get to know so many lovely women. If you are serious about finding someone who is the "right fit" for you then Vida Select is for you. You will have to invest in yourself but who better to invest in. They helped me manage my online dating accounts. Not only did this take a significant amount of burden off me from a time perspective, but they also increased the amount of matches and quality of likes I got on the apps. Barbara was great. She is communicative and very easy to work with.

Online dating is difficult. My matchmaking team contact was Nordika. She is very personable & has outstanding communication skills. While there's no formula in finding "the one", Nordika and team will do the best they can to accommodate their client's preferences.

Their ability to craft a profile for you based on an interview is uncanny. I was struggling to get likes and matches on the various dating platforms, and I was convinced it was my photos and profile that were the problem. After a photo shoot to get a fresh look and and overhaul of my prompts and bio, once we went live I immediately started getting likes quality profiles I wanted to match with. Before I knew it I had more likes and matches than I've ever had, and I've dated more on the last 2 weeks than I have in my entire life!
I even think we found a keeper ;)

Not sure why there are so many good reviews, but I feel I wasted my money with them.

I can't say enough good things about Francesca and VIDA Select - I found the service to be very flexible and reasonable to use. They listened to my preferences and I am now in a loving and caring relationship after only being in the service for 3-4 months. They aren't pushy or demeaning - they really get where you are coming from and also help you navigate some of the red flags that I was so out of practice with. The key is to trust the process and take the time to get the profile and pics right up front.

Working with my matchmaker Francesca and the VIDA Select team was a wonderful experience. They took the time to truly understand me—my background, interests, and what I was seeking in a partner. They used this insight to create profiles that genuinely represented who I am and what I’m looking for.

Having spent three weeks managing my own dating profiles before hiring VIDA, I knew how overwhelming and time-consuming this process could be. Although it took some time for them to start getting me dates, they continuously adjusted my matches based on my feedback, and it was well worth the wait. After about two months, I began dating someone promising.

If you’re considering VIDA, my advice is to communicate openly, trust their process, and be patient. The results aren’t immediate, but they are worth it. VIDA knows what they’re doing, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again if needed!

She (Aeilar) helped me a lot, helped me navigate the process, all the way through and was very prompt and responsive. She is a great matchmaker to me.

This is the BEST way to date I have EVER participated in. After years of poking around myself on sites--and quitting with overwhelm and busy--I am meeting terrific individuals that fit me and being walked through a joyful process. Francesca Wright is my matchmaker and totally gets what I'm looking for. All the entries on my behalf really represent me. I feel only positive about where this experience is going.

VIDA was a great experience and Tara was extremely helpful and in tune with my requests for the women I'm interested in for a serious relationship.

Lorraine and the team have done an amazing job for me. We found one profile that stood out, I really wanted to get her number and get to know her, the team got on to messaging her and Lorraine kept me updated daily. We Have been on 3 dates and we both decided we on want to date each other and see where things go. Also, the way the Vida team helped me with my profile was awesome. Previously my profile was not very good at all and was never sure how to write a good profile. The lady I'm seeing made that very comment that it was the main reason she was interested and very impressed because my profile was very well written. I wanted to Say a big thank you and for me the whole experience with Vida has been worth it. I know those that those who read this will question the expense but please keep in mind, would you rather spend several months or even years searching for what your looking for and wanting to find or spend a bit of money to have good people that are more than willing to help in anyway they can so long as you ask for assistance whether through emails or texts.
