Franchesca and the team at Vida made the whole process virtually seamless. They definitely took a real interest in me and my goals and I did not feel that this was a sham effort in any way. Vida Changed Dating For Me!
Vida completely changed my experience of online dating! Annnnnd… I’ve been now dating a man for a little while who embodies all of the qualities I was seeking! While it is still the beginning with him, I am impressed with how quickly I met a cute man of character! Especially thanks to Nordika - for finding him and setting up our connection!
Before Vida, the swiping and messaging on my own was overwhelming. I cried a lot and spent hours doing “clerical work” on dating sites just to set up two or three dates. Vida not only did all of the hardest part of dating for me - they did it in a very professional and personal way - Nordika really was rooting for me to find my man. She knew how heartbroken and exhausted I was from dating and my dream of a life partner was her goal too! She seemed to work every single day of the week - to encourage me, find the best matches, and she even screened men that didn’t seem kind or respectful. She took time to understand what I was looking for, listened to me cry (in the beginning when I was nervous about trying Vida), and she put in so much effort to find me a match that fit what I was looking. My biggest concern was how Vida and Nordika would handle messaging men - but the messages that Vida sent on my behalf were respectful, friendly, and portrayed me in a genuine way! I am so impressed with both the professional quality of Vida, combined with the loving and personal touch. I tell all of my single friends that they need their own Nordika!

I primarily worked with Lorraine. She was very personable and attentive. I felt we had a good first interview and she was able to draw out specifications I wasn't even particularly aware I had! I also met with stylist Neda prior to my photo shoot. She helped me make solid choices and built up my confidence by encouraging my overall style direction.
Overall I felt the entire team was responsive and proactive. I really appreciate Lorraine's patience and perseverance as I juggled work and reentering the dating scene. I am very satisfied with the service and definitely will recommend it to others going forward.

The initial meeting with Lorraine was nothing like I expected. I'm not great @ discussing these things but Lorraine made me feel completely @ ease and comfortable talking about my past and what I wanted in a relationship. She definitely listened. John Huber- lots of hype poor results
There was a lot of hype when I joined Vida and unfortunately I bought in. The dates I was set up on were the two worst of my life. In reality, I do not know what they were thinking. I look like a male model and the the first date was very average looking person and I was totally not into her. The second date looked pretty bad in person unlike her photos. Basically, I was paying a lot of money for one date per month with a poor matches. Really handsome guys often need somone as attractive as them. That is basic dating knowledge. I often been told how handsome I am growing up. The first match lived with her mom in a poor area. I live in a nice area alone. The second match lived out in the middle of nowhere with roommates. I live alone in a nice area. When telling my dates my situation, I sensed immediate insecurity from them. I am very handsome and they were both average to way below average looking I was way out of their league. Again, I do not know what my matchmaker was thinking. They even asked me what look I was into. I do not know why they asked me this when u did not see onedate of a look I was into. In person, attractive people often give me much more to work with in conversations than non attractive people. This is obviously the case for me in dating as I am almost 30. I do not know what they were thinking setting me up on with these below average women on the two dates I was on. A lot of the matches I got were ghosting me. I could see the writing on the wall and it was obvious to me this was going nowhere fast. Why would I pay a lot of money per month for one date a month with matches that make me do all the talking and give me nothing to work with in person? I was very disappointed. The type of women they were setting me up with on dates are never the type that give me interest in public places. After pausing my account, I felt very burnt out and my patience had worn thin. Maybe a different matchmaker would have been better. Who knows but I completely lost trust with the company after the last date. I do not know why they would set me up with someone of that quality. She was rude in person. Overall, it was just not working out for me

So you can imagine our surprise when your review came in given your previous statement to your Matchmaker!
It's evident from your review that your dating experiences were not up to your expectations, and I am genuinely sorry for that. Our goal is always setting up our clients with the best possible matches that align with their preferences and lifestyles. Please know that your disappointment is not indicative of the standard we strive for.
I understand your point about physical attractiveness being a crucial factor in your dating preferences. Indeed, physical attraction is a significant part of chemistry, and we attempt to match our clients based on their preferences in this area. This is why we asked what look you’re into! The perception of physical attraction is very subjective, whether we’re evaluating our own appearance or someone else's.
When selecting matches, we also consider other crucial factors, such as compatibility in terms of values, lifestyle, and relationship goals. Regarding the discrepancy in living situations, we understand this is a crucial detail for you.
It's a normal part of our process for us to refine our search strategies based on ongoing client feedback. I really wish you had shared this information with your Matchmaker during your service time, for example after the first date, because then we could have adapted our approach to align better with your preferences moving forward.
We did take steps to increase both the quality and quantity of matches on your account. For example, we added an additional platform option to widen our search. But more specifically we requested additional photos from you in social settings to add variety to your lineup and highlight potential attractive qualities. Unfortunately, you denied that request. I understand that your social situation is unique, and we appreciate your honesty about it and respect your circumstances.
I've reviewed our correspondence and noted that you had expressed some satisfaction with the activity on Hinge. Specifically, you wrote, "I am pleasantly surprised with hinge. I have seen increased activity..." And you even went on to say "I am thrilled." So I'm sorry to hear that this initial optimism didn't lead to more successful matches for you. We take note of your observation about the ghosting behavior, which unfortunately, is not within our control.
With respect to your comment about feeling burnt out, we understand the emotional toll that dating can sometimes take. We have a committed team that is always ready to support our clients through such times, including a life coach. If we had known you were feeling this way during the time of your service, there are steps we absolutely would have taken to help you through it.
John, while I understand your disappointment, I strongly feel that absent any additional photo options and that crucial ongoing feedback from you during your service time, VIDA did put our best effort and the maximum use of our expertise and resources into getting results for you. Our relentless pursuit of client success means we are always trying to improve what we do for you and all of our clients, so we appreciate you taking the time to provide these comments and share your experience on Trustpilot. Jessica Bailey - Kudos to You!
I'm giving a 4-star rating only because of the rocky start I've had with VIDA as a company. It has turned around now, but initially I had 3 different managers in a few weeks, getting my profiles online too much longer than it should have, and the photographer shoot setup was not handled well -- all of which caused much more delay than I expected or thought I was paying for. That said, now to the good part... my manager now, Jessica Bailey, gets 5 stars all the way. She has turned around my initial bad experience. She's very good at what VIDA offers, and she is a personal and professional delight. Hard working, caring and dedicated to me as a client and to her work. I feel like she is as much invested in this endeavor as I am! She is astute at all facets of "project management" -- scope, schedule, budget. And yet she still manages to make me feel like I'm not just a client. Her delight when things go well with a match is genuine and much appreciated. I'm just at the start of my dating journey (after 50 years!!) but I couldn't ask for a better partner in my personal manager and the resources VIDA offers for its clients. It took a bit, but I'm very satisfied with VIDA now.

The Vida process and Simmy used their expertise on what “works” to remove “trial and error” on my side for online dating. In particular I worked with Simmy Sanchez at Vida, who gave great advice, insights, and feedback to me about the whole process and how women perceive online dating, which helped me relax and enjoy it as I began dating again for the first time in 30 years. I highly recommend Simmy and her guidance with the Vida process through all of this.

Very Misserable Service
Very Misserable Service. I tried it two full months with a 100 / hours package. I spend 5.000 $ for the Matchmaking service and 1.000 $ for many App Services, brought a few phone numbers but no date. The Service was very slow and unprofesionell. I ask often to make the profile better and inform the service before the start, that the photos doesn´t get a high value on photo feeler. They tell me, it isn´t a problem, they bring me many fake accounts and suggest me to go to seeking. I won´t belive the bad reviews but I must say, the reviews are true. Don´t use the service, you waste your money.

Rosalia from Client Success here. I was looking forward to discussing your experience with you after I saw this review go up, and disappointed when you didn't show up for the call we set. As I noted in my email to you at the time, had I known you weren’t happy during your service time, I would have been able to help course-correct.
That said, we sent you 11 phone numbers over the two months that you were with us. The majority of them were obtained during Month 2, meaning that the various strategy changes we were implementing already to increase activity were effective. At the onset of our engagement, we allow our clients to choose between us arranging the dates (whenever possible) and getting the match’s phone number. You decided you preferred to receive phone numbers over having dates set up for you, at least in part due to your unpredictable travel schedule. And of course, once we send those over, what happens from there is out of our hands!
On average, our clients convert 72% of the phone numbers we obtain for them into dates. So statistically speaking, we would expect you to have around 8 dates! I wish we had known you were having trouble in that area, as your Matchmaker would have offered time with our resident dating coach. Or we could have switched tactics, and started arranging the dates for you instead!
You mentioned that the service was slow, and when I took a look over your account, I did find one instance recorded where it took your writer over 24 hours to reply to a message from a match. This is outside of our normal operating procedure and not representative of our service standards, and we did take accountability for that at the time. However, we did end up successfully sending you that match’s phone number!
Additionally, after that incident we increased the frequency of messaging on your account overall to be more than sure you wouldn’t see that happen again.
With regard to your photos, we agree that they could have been stronger. Your Visual Branding Coordinator did recommend getting started with the photos we had originally to see how they would perform, and in an email on 3/1 you told your Matchmaker “I’m happy with the photo choosing. These would be the photos I would choose, too.”
However, after a time of not seeing the results we were looking for, your Matchmaker then requested additional photos from you on more than one occasion, and you never sent any new options to us. I think had you sent us additional images to consider, this likely would have significantly increased the results we were able to produce for you.
Your review mentions that some of the women we were communicating with were “fake accounts.” However, I was able to confirm with your Matchmaker that you were also selecting women for us to communicate with. Despite our bringing to your attention red flags about some of these profiles you selected, such as having only one photo included, your instruction to us was to continue to communicate with them anyway.
In general, I do think we could have been more proactive about impressing on you the importance of new picture options in order to strengthen your photo lineup, although as mentioned already, your Matchmaker did email you about needing more photos at least twice. I would still love the chance to connect with you over the phone, so please do reach out to me via email so we can talk about what VIDA might be able to do for you to provide you with more value than you’ve found so far. - Rosalia

Kedi & her team were always professional and responsive which was great. VIDA definitely saved me a bunch of time which was the main reason I bought. Everything was as-advertised, I'd recommend them. Currently in a relationship sourced from them.
