I canceled the order a week after I placed in October and I still haven't received my refund!
I have written to them countless times with empty promises.
Never again!!!!

Beware!!!! Do not use this company, they refuse refund and will not accept it has been returned even though the tracking clearly states it’s been delivered!!!
Horrifying company to deal with- very poor quality of the dress and nothing as was described- absolute scam company

I wish I could do less than one. This company is terrible. the dress was poor quality and they refused a return or refund. despite their own policy about this.
the customer service is HORRIBLE

Worst dress and company don't ever deal with them 3 months down the line still trying to get a refund for a absolutely awful dress

My daughter got the most gorgeous dress for prom and it fit her perfectly! We've never been able to order from any other company that would fit her.

I was very happy with our dresses.....we ordered 2 custom fit and they fit perfect. The dresses were just like the pictures. I communicated with the tailor via email and they were very helpful and responded quickly. this is a very honest website and the dresses were beautiful. I will defnintely order from them again.

I ordered a prom dress for my little sister form Victoriadress and it was running a little late. I emailed them and they were honest and explained that it was prom season and things were pilling up, but her dress was a priority to them. I told them the date that I needed it by, and they sent it right away. They even sent me a link to track it. It came a day later. They stayed in constant contact with me and let me know that my sister's dress was important to them. My sister look AMAZING in her dress, and more than likely she will be wearing the same dress in a major pageant she has coming up in June. I am extremely happy with this company! This is the 2nd dress we've gotten from Victoria Dress and both were beautiful!

After spending over $200 for a custom fit the dress IS UNWEARABLE!! CHEAP POORLY MADE!! ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!! THEY HID THE FACT THEY WERE LOCATED IN CHINA!! Now I have to go and buy my daughter a new dress!!!! DISGUSTING!!

My daughter chose a prom dress that was on the website. We were able to give her measures so that the dress would fit her. I loved the communication with the service department. They were always very timely in answering any of my questions. The delivery method went very smoothly. We received it 1 day before the actual due date.
The dress was beautifully made and fits her great. I would order again.

I was really happy with my dealings with Victoriasdress.They were affordable, the dress was beautiful & it was delivered on time.

I'm so happy I took the risk and went for this dress. The only comment I would say is that the lace jacket comes in one size so I had to have that adapted to fit. But considering how much I paid for the dress to make that small change was worth it. Anyway, it's amazing. I will buy here again.

I ordered a ball gown from this company with not much time to receive it but they came through with flying colors and managed to get the dress to me in time. I would say to anybody who is ordering from this company it is worth while to take a few minutes and have it custom made as i didn't this time but next time i will. It fitted beautifully apart from the length so next time i will ensure that i give them the custom measurements for the length. It is beautifully made and excellent value for money i think. I have already recommended to my friends but of course i don't want to tell too many people otherwise we will all be wearing the same dresses because the 2 friends i have already shown my dress to want to order one the same!!

My daughter found her dress on line and I was a bit hesitant, and was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. I have to say, the customer service was awesome, we had questions about measurements, that were answered quickly. Once we sent the final word, the dress was made in no time, shipped and delivered quickly and it was PERFECT!!!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

I recently ordered my daughter's prom dress from Victoriasdress.com. I have to say I was a little apprehensive due to ordering a dress online and the fact that the company is located in China, however we could not happier with the dress. I chose the option to have the dress made according to my daughters measurements, so when the dress arrived it fit PERFECTLY! I was able to enter the date we needed the dress by and it actually arrived a few days prior to when we needed it by. The dress was beautiful and very well made! The prices on this site were significantly cheaper than other sites or dress shops we had looked at. As a matter of fact the first dress my daughter was looking at was $330 on other sites, it was $150 at Victoriasdress.com. We ended up going with a different dress and it was only $130 plus shipping, there was a $9.99 fee to have it made according to her measurements, however I figure I spend have spent more than that if I ordered an off the rack size and needed it altered. No one else had a dress like my daughters and she received numerous compliments. As a matter of fact after the prom, my daughter came home and said "I think my dress was the prettiest on at prom." She truly felt like a princess and her night was perfect! I will definitely be a returning customer for all our special occasion dress needs!
