Excellent.I contacted the company about a bath lift and arranged for the demonstration in my house to ensure I would be able to use the lift to access the bath.
The company arranged fitting within 2 weeks, both staff were very professional and ensured I knew how to operate it fully and how to clean the seating band.excellent communication by phone as each stage.
Very pleased with the choice I made as a disabled person who is unable to bend and use one leg, to have a bath is wonderful.

David from Victoria proved to be very helpful, informative and knowledgable. We are really pleased with the product (Acorn stairlift) and would recommend to others.

I purchased a Victoria bath lift as getting out of the bath was getting very difficult, but with this bath lift it has made my bathime much easier , it lifts me in and out of the bath, also when in the bath you have full length of the bath unlike some bath lifts where it takes up half of your bath.
They came out to fit it when they said and was demonstrated before he left.
I would definitely recommend this bath lift , it has made it possible for me to have a bath again with no worries.

When we decided a stairlift was needed, because of my health issues, contacting this company and arranging the installation was simple. The price was very competative compared to others and we decided to go ahead with Victoria Mobility.
We were kept informed at all stages by telephone.
The installation went ahead as promised, was completed in good time and all left in good order.
I was instructed how to use the stairlift and given the essential advice to use the seatbelt at all times!

My husband is 91. His end of day relaxation was a bath at night, but he now couldn't get in and out of our large roll top claw foot cast iron victorian bath. Victoria Bath Lifts was the only company that didn't answer with a call center disinterested if I didn't have a standard bath, but with someone who assured me they could help.

Within a week someone came to visit, within another week the fittings (purpose designed for our specific victorian bath requirement), were installed, and a happy husband was having a bath!

Worked so well I took another one out to our home in Portugal. Victoria provided the kit in time for me to take out complete with euro charger plug for the lift battery.

I saw their add on line and requested a brochure which arrived quickly. I called them and there was no pressure selling from their office and they arranged for a sales adviser to attend our home to demonstrate the bath hoist. It was just what I needed, so I ordered it there and then. It was fitted two weeks later. It took under an hour to fit and the fitter gave a full demonstration of how to use it safely. I must say, it has changed my life, I can now have a bath without the worry of getting stuck in the bath like I used to. I am a single leg amputee and normal bathing in a bath was very difficult and I needed help from my wife a lot. Now I manage all by myself and can even lie down in the bath unlike some of the makes of bath aids on ethe market. My only criticism is the stitching on the sling could be softer, but I do understand it has to be strong. Would I recommend, YES.

I used this company to install a bath lift in for me. They arrived on the day requested and it did not take long for a very pleasant gentleman to measure up and make sure that my bath was suitable for a lift. My bath is a corner bath. I was given a demonstration of a lift in my lounge and I was able to try it to make sure that it was suitable for me.
I then had a telephone call to make an appointment for the lift to be installed. Another gentleman then came and installed the lift which was fitted in no time at all and without any mess.
This firm is very professional and I would recommend them. It is lovely to be able to have a soak in a bath again. It is very easy to use on my own without any concerns.

The bath lift has enables me to remain independent and safe getting in and out of the bath
When not in use I am able to put the bath lifting belt away so anyone else in the house can use the bath as normal which is definitely a big plus, for me

Iam 89, I find using Victoria Mobility, an essential, in
exiting my bath. It does everything it said- to bath
quietly, and efficiently! Thats why I've given it 4 stars.
