There isn’t a low enough rating for this scam of a company. They are nothing but thieves and imposters.
I ordered what I believed were Skechers sandals, but what arrived weeks later was the worst-quality rubbish I have ever seen. The materials were extremely poor, and the product is completely unusable.
I contacted them within the required timeframe to request a full refund, but they refused. Instead, they gave some excuse about difficulties with returns—which is not my problem. They then offered only a 35% refund, claiming they need to cover their own losses while “assisting me” as best they can.
This company is a complete scam. They advertise products that appear high quality, send you cheap, unusable items, and then keep most of your money.
Avoid them at all costs. AVOID.

Only given a 1 star as they don't give zero stars, I ordered a lovely pair of what I thought was a pair of adidas trainers, but what I got was a CHEAP pair of tat with an adidas sticker on them nothing like what i ordered i contacted them to ask for a full refund but they have refused and said they can give me a 25% refund and keep the trainers, theg say they dont do full refunds as they are not receiving the returns people are sending back, ( in what way is that my fault)I don't want the bloody trainers i wouldn't even put in a charity shop, I want my money back and certainly taking this further as they are now ignoring me

I didnt want to give this scamming low life company one star but i couldnt give less

You will be sent things that you wouldnt use to clean floors and when you ask for a refund they offer you 25% of what you paid and treat you like scum

Terrible company..ordered 2XL and what they sent me was a medium. The item comes with no labels on it so you have no idea what they have sent you. Contactacted customer services, best they would offer me was 50% refund, they made the mistake so it should have been a full refund. Same happened with a 2nd order i had placed before receiving the 1st order. This time they just ignored my emails. Tiktok should not allow them to sell on their site.

If something is too good to be true then it is. It's so fake, it's like they didn't even try. Horrific quality, could never wear it out. Do not buy from these lot. It's a con. Can't be bothered to work out how to get a refund - just 39.99 lost

Received jumper today after 4 weeks so disappointed with the material, and it's so fake looking ,I could have gone to the market and get it for £10

Fake merchandise and poor delivery. Luckily I paid with a credit card so I'll get my money back. Asked for a refund but they said I'll have to send it back tracked to China which would cost more than the product. Avoid like the plague folks. You have been warned!!!

They take your money and then say parcel is hold up in customs.. 4 weeks now still hasn’t arrived..
Save yourself time and money .. STAY WELL CLEAR..

I ordered ‘Sketchers’ trainers. They took over two weeks to come. When they finally arrived, they were obviously fakes. Way smaller than the size I ordered and very flimsy.
I emailed them to find out where to send them back etc, and they sent me an address in China!! They also said I had to send them tracked and I had 14 days to do so. Given the time they took to arrive, plus the three days already gone from waiting for my email reply, I’m wondering if it’s worth it. They cost £34.99!
I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs!! Absolute scammers

Terrible service, poor products and not as described. Fake items sent of very low quality. I asked for a refund but only got 40% as I would not pay for a tracked return to China. Avoid!!!

-cost to send back to china is about the same amount as item cost (they hide it within the overall cost) £39.99 i spent on a nike jumper - it came with no labels or tags, nike tick wonky, poor quality about £5 worth max i chose a large as well, and it’s very small but still, terrible quality and fake.

I too ordered the Adidas cargo shorts (2 pairs). On arrival they looked nothing like what I'd ordered, no Adidas packaging or tags attached to the clothing. Clearly fake. I have requested a refund but based on the other reviews I think I'll just approach my bank instead.

Ordered adidas cargo shorts. What arrived were obviously fake. They were thin linen and the dye was faded. I requested a return and refund and have been given details to send to China. I expect the postage will not make it worthwhile. Wish I had read the other reviews first.

One star is to many! Addidas cargo shorts were advertised. I paid and waited. The shorts that were delivered were not addidas, they was not even a good copy. Not even worth 50p. When I complained they refused to refund me in full so I have now reported them to my bank as the are taking money for goods they cannot deliver. That is fraud! The bank will hopefully refund me and take this back of them. I have also reported them to Trading Standards and the Ombudsmen. Do not buy from them they will rip you off!
