Vicky has changed my life !!! I can fully attribute my progress to my self concept is down to Vicky’s incredible work .She is excellent at her craft , she’s able to listen comprehend and relay your thoughts back to you in a way that is kind. She has a way of helping you organise your thoughts so they are more digestible .

Vicky also reassures you that some your thoughts are often normal part of human nature . She educates you and she allways gives homework so you can work on yourself between sessions.

Vicky works with you on your core beliefs she does not impose her religious ideas or political stances onto her clients , her work is about your healing and she cares about your journey only . She’s professional and warm We have fun we laugh often and not all conversations have to b heavy . It’s All about balance . I really look forward to my sessions .

Where do I start with finding the words for this lovely Angel lady!
Vicky is not only an amazing Therapist, she is literally one of the most understanding, patient friendliest human beings, with such a beautiful personality.
She has so much empathy, and concern for anyone suffering.
I don’t feel like this is just a job to her I feel its her calling and her passion as you can feel it when she helps you.
I’ve used Vicky as a therapist in the past for myself with my own issues for anxiety and ocd, if it wasn’t for Vicky I never would of got back out to work, she made me believe in myself, she helped me understand myself better.
I then reached out to Vicky again for some intense sessions for me and my daughter, as our relationship completely broke down, I never thought we could be fixed but I put my trust back in Vicky as I know there was no one else I trusted.
Vicky has transformed mine and my daughters relationship, where I can honestly say that thanks to Vicky me and my daughter have become friends again.
She taught us so much about our relationship and where we was going wrong, but also made us look at ourself as individuals, she helped us navigate our relationship and opened up old wounds that needed to be spoken about in order to make us heal.
She has healed us from a deep layer and even given us some sort of closure in things, from the past to the present and now I’m excited for the future.
When I call Vicky an Angel its because she truly is.
Not only has she saved my own sanity, shes saved my relationship with my daughter and in the process its made the house feel like a home again.
Its also made a big difference to other people in the house as the house feels happy again, and no one is on eggshells anymore.
I can’t thank her enough.
Sometimes in relationship breakdowns its so hard to ever see how things can get better, but she showed us the light again and trust me, I never thought me and my girl would be sat on her bed laughing like the good old days until our bellys ached, but we do and I thank Vicky from my heart and soul for that.
The way she is as a therapist and her therapy goals, is on another level, she is so genuine, so kind and very active at listening, and then she will give you advice and tools and make you really think, she is non-judgmental, and she has alot of acceptance, and adaptability in tailoring treatment to individual client needs, she makes you feel like you matter.
She is finely adjusted or responsive to an environment, situation, or the feelings of others.
I felt she met mine and my daughters needs every single session.
She is one of a kind.
