The worst experience ever. I wish I read the review before I purchased anything from them. I received the glasses nearly a month later. The quality is cheap. Everything about the sunglasses are just plain cheap. I immediately requested a refund Refund and they are unresponsive. Sent multiple emails no response. DO NOT waste your time and money

Disgusting ! 100% they pay followers or have bot followrs to leave a good review under their instagram posts. Using good looking men to advertise their shit sunglasses😂, they arrive broken and scratched, probably costed $1 from ali express and selling them as high end. Dont buy from these assholes

I ordered a two pair of sunglasses 3 weeks ago. I’ve received no tracking/shipping number. Reach out out via email on day 10 (no response), then again on day 14 (no response). Customer service is non-existent and won’t response.

This is a company is not legit and they’re stealing peoples money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought your damn product, it took a month to arrive, the product is not the same as what they show in the videos, it's a very different quality and very cheap, besides that they arrived broken, I will never buy your crap again and I will make this public on social media, the money I paid for it is way more than the product is worth, it's the worst purchase I've ever made, I expect my money back. 🤬

Received sunglasses as ordered. It took a slight delay to arrive, but no issue once they did.

The issue I've had is that all all attempts to make a return have been ignored. I've followed instructions per website, only to be offered a discount to keep. When I declined this offer, and asked for the returns address as not listed on the site this has been ignored. All subsequent emails repeatedly asking for the returns address (of which there are 20+ and I have been emailing for over a month), have been ignored.

Disappointing all over - Glasses arrived scratched out of the box. I have contacted the customer service twice and they haven't even bothered to acknowledge my emails. Disgraceful - their full refund / returns policy is clearly a lie

I cant say 1 good thing about this product. It ships from China so i knew it would be cheap. The glasses look way cheaper in person. The arms arent long enough to go over your ears comfortably and the glasses are tight to the face. I tried to flex the arms to give my face some relief and the arm broke. Glasses last about 4 days. For reference I am 6'4, 190lbs so I am in no way fat.

I saw an instagram advert pop up for Vicexeyewear and thought I would try it. I read some reviews and they were negative and some okay. I put in an order for buy one get one free. It’s been a few weeks and they have finally arrived. I’m very impressed. They came in two lovely boxes, with leather pouches for protection, cleaning cloth and glasses dust bag. The quality is very good too. I’m super pleased.
