Bought 3 shirts, almost a month ago, no delivery, no reply to email, no tracking maill nothing scam company

I have only given 1 star as minus stars wasn't an option. Shirts delivered the wrong size and no customer service available at all, no replies to emails. Shocking bad service and no refunds

Complete scam, order 3 shirts from here and never turned up, tried to reach out on email, phone, social media pages and no response, false advertising with their trust pilot reviews which shows nearly 5 stars, then come here to see the actual review (1star) and reading plenty of other people got scammed too

An Absolute Scam of a Company!

They are completely unreachable. You cannot make returns online, you need to email this to make a return as is stated in their return policy. Then they have 3 different email addresses on multiple platforms. I tried all of them and they all bounced.

Also tried calling their number listed on the website and it said number doesn't exist: +44 7418 638525
I also tried to message them on Instagram with no luck.

I originally bought from them due to an ad online, which promised comfortable breathable formalwear that doesnt need ironing, but when I got them the clothes were low quality, stick to skin, and completely transparent so I immediately reached out to Return, then I find out I have been scammed.

Scammer they take your money and you won't receive anything , very disgusting, their contact number and email not active, my money gone don't want yours be gone to stay away .

A scam don't buy there! They send random stuff that have nothing to do with the advertisement. Stay away from them. Moreover, of course, no replies from emails nor phone numbers.

Ignore all social media posts. Purchased 3 shirts. Quality is terrible. Sizes all wring and material is so cheap. I've spent the last 2 months contacting both customer support and the general info@vicci email, no response.

AVOID at all costs.........absolute scam.

This Company is a scam and they dont reply or respect their so called policies. Quality is terrible and different that advertised. There must be a way to sue them out. By the way they also scam users by saying they have 4.75 rating on Truspilot !

Scam !!! Never delivered and support e-mail not responding even worse after a few times I received a message that the e-mail doesn’t exist anymore.

They don't have active support emails and they don't respond to any message or contact.
They advertise one product and send a completely different one of terrible quality, no comparison to what was advertised.
When I tried to return it, I discovered it was a SCAM and lost my money.
They have fake Trustpilot Score.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! SCAM!!!!

Didn’t receive a tracking number or order details upon purchasing. Attempted to contact them via their email and phone number as listed on their website and didn’t get through because both were ‘misconfigured.’ Save yourself the trouble and do NOT buy from this website, or in fact any website that is linked from a YouTube ad!!!!!

Very bad quality and took way longer to arrive than advertised. They are even displaying a fake trustpilot rating on their site.

Note to trustpilot, how can 100% of reviews be 1 star yet you still show them as having 2.2 stars!!!!

Scam stay away!!!!!

I bought a few things from this company, they took my money and did NOT send the items! I sent at least 5 emails and of course no response. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! DON’T LET THEM SCAM YOU

Bought some shirts. Terrible. This is just a scam. Not what they are advertising. Stay away. Absolutely horrible shirts and quality.

I wouldn’t recommend paying for the “express delivery” option — I paid extra and still waited over a month for my order, and only then discovered it was actually being shipped from China. Definitely not what was advertised. 😅
Communication was also very poor, with no updates or responses from the company. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering!
Don’t waste your time and your money!
It says it’s due to be delivered today but we will see!

Saw the ad on youtube shorts and instagram reels - After paying for shirts I got no follow up emails, no tracking numbers, nothing. This is a SCAM be warned!

Scam website. Take your money but never send the product. Bought with my credit card, will be going through fraud for a refund.

Ask yourself did you see this on Instagram? FB? Yeah that's your first and only warning ⚠️
