Billets jamais reçus pour le concert d’imagine dragons (190€) que dois je faire pour obtenir le remboursement.
Comment un site comme celui ci peut encore faire ce genre d’arnaque ! C’est grave.

Places achetées en novembre 2024 pour ce dimanche IMAGINE DRAGONS, et jamais rien reçu! Pour quelles raisons, ce site reste ouvert ? Comment se faire rembourser? C'est une honte!!!

je n'ai jamais reçu mes tickets pour le concert de Linkin Park à Paris le 11.07. Trop dégouté, impossible de joindre quelqu'un pour me faire rembourser.

Grosse arnaque à fuir et surtout à dénoncé des escrocs 160 euros pour le consert d'imagine dragon et toujours rien reçu le consert du 06 juillet à Paris

Billets achetés en décembre 2024 pour le concert d' Adochine prévu le 20 juin 2025 a Paris;
Nous devions recevoir les billets 1 mois avant pour des raisons de sécurité, on s'est pas méfie et comme bien des personnes dans notre situation !
165 euros pour un jeune qui pensait faire plaisir a ses parents pour Noël, imaginez sa colère a ce jour

Billets achetés en novembre 2024 pour concert juillet 2025. Pour des raisons de sécurité attente billets 1 mois avant concert. En date du 5/06 le contact ne répond pas !!!! places n'existent pas !!!
Donc j'ai porté plainte et mise en place une procédure judiciaire.

J'ai acheté 2 billets pour le concert indochine paris aménagé prévu le 20 juin 2025, à ce jour aucun billets , pas de réponse au mail, je crois que c'est perdu, 110 euros .
Pourquoi laisser ce site ouvert, pourquoi pas de plainte déposée ?
Une vraie arnaque

Deux places achetées pour Indochine, nous n’avons jamais reçu les places, le concert est passé, pas remboursé (110€), et personne ne répond aux mails. Arnaque ‼️❌🚨

Scam Scam Scam! I never even heard of them until they charged my card almost $900 it's been over 2 months and they will not respond to my bank. Saying to make me wait the full 120 days. This is the biggest scam company out there. Do not use them as you will be out money they allow thieves to use your card if they themselves are not in on it.

Arnaque : faux site, je n’ai jamais reçu mes billets

Scam company. Offered a competition of flights, hotel and tickets to the Paris Olympics. 14 months later they haven’t fulfilled any of it, and offered a insultingly low cash alternative of £100 whilst accepting no liability and blaming an unknown third party company.

Also their CFO seems to be on annual leave for 90% of the year.

Can't get hold of anyone, either via email or phone, have left multiple messages. Zero customer service! Avoid!

The site is horrible, my friend and I bought tickets, and we never received them so we decided to first contact vibe, they told me to wait a little bit. I did that, but after a while I decided to contact the person who sold me the tickets.apparently the tickets were already sold to someone else, but they were still on the site. She was kind enough to send me back the money, but my friend and I send vibe emails, tweets and even a FB message, but they never answered us, but they were able to tweet on their twitter. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!

Absolutely awful experience! Never received my tickets and when I tried to contact Vibe they ignored my emails and messages. When I finally got through to them I was told to contact PayPal. I will never be buying from this company again. My boyfriend had the same experience where all his tickets were refunded by the sellers as the tickets had already been sold. Absolute nightmare.

Bought a ticket for an event on their website recently once I had realised that I was being scammed by the seller I tried to contact their customer service on Twitter on four separate occasions to just be ignored on each of those occasions luckily paypal were more helpful with this situation. Please avoid using this site at all costs!!!

Great site for buying tickets to gigs without inflated prices. No fees is also a nice touch.
