I strongly warn anyone considering Dr. Ahmet Can Azak or CapilClinic/Vialife Center. After my second procedure (intended to fix crown density), I suffered from active bleeding and open wounds. When I reached out for emergency medical assistance and postoperative care, the clinic and Dr. Azak blocked my phone number and all social media channels.
In the medical profession, blocking a patient with post-surgical complications is defined as Patient Abandonment. They accepted my cash payment (E1,100) but failed to provide the contracted grafts in the crown area and refused to provide a VAT (KDV) invoice. When I requested a refund for the failed service, their representative even threatened my physical safety. Avoid this clinic at all costs-they are professional until they have your money, but they will abandon you the moment something goes wrong.

I am a sceptic when it comes to making changes to my body and you can imagine my worry when my daughter told me she was going for hair transplant. From arriving to Istanbul to checking in to the hotel and having the procedure the whole process was flawless. Alex kept the flow of communication going, translating where he needed to. He was reachable and quick to respond to any query I had. He also recommended amazing places and activities to do while in Istanbul. The entire team were amazing. Dr Umit the hair transplant doctor explained the procedure and after care. I felt at ease at this stage. Oh! I had my teeth whitened under the care of Dr Cafer and my friend also had dental scan, all these were included in the hair transplant package so no extra payment made. It was a VIP treatment all through and I would highly recommend ViaLife clinic Istanbul Turkey. Check their website as they offer more services.

My experience with ViaLife was great from the start. I had Alex as my consultant 6 months prior to me booking my transplant. He was patient and answered every question I had before I paid my deposit. He also helped arrange the best package for myself and even threw in free teeth whitening for myself, my mum and aunt who accompanied me on the trip. The entire trip, Alex was easy to reach, kept open communication, answered all queries I had and acted as translator during all interactions with the rest of the team. For the hair transplant, I had Dr. Umit, he was very professional and helpful, gave helpful advice with the hairline consultation and the post-operative advice. The entire team was very friendly from the moment we arrived, including the nurses, technicians, receptionists and dentist, Cafer. I am currently on day 2 of my transplant journey and I will be keeping in touch with Alex and the team as I heal and grow. I would definitely recommend ViaLife for anyone who would need a hair transplant.

Ryan the Care Team Coordinator greeted me and explained to me the details of my procedure; everyone was nice and pleasant and Ryan was there with me translating for me the whole time. He's very knowledgeable and very personable! I highly recommend this place! And the Prices are competitive, but very high tech!

What a great experience from start to finish! William, my medical consultant, took great care of me and set up my consultation with the doctor, and everything went so smoothly.

They listened to my concerns as a woman not to shave my whole head, so they shaved a smaller, hidden area, and was still able to extract 2500 grafts without over harvesting. Professionals! Dr Azak was the best, with a great bedside manner!
