Me ha efectuado un cargo por un daño no cometido 6 horas después de dejar el coche y ademas, inapreciable a la simple vista que para documentarlo tuvieron que utilizar una herramienta especial. Les hice una reclamación via email y ni si quiera se digan a contestar.

My experience of Viaggiare Rent - Venezia Airport

I booked a car via a broker for collection at the Viaggiare rent desk. I paid a small premium to collect the car from the terminal rather than using a shuttle bus. There was only a small queue at the desk and the friendly lady started to process my booking. This is where things started to go wrong.

I had booked the rental using my Forename Bill however on my licence I am William. I was told the booking was therefore not valid. She offered me another booking for 300 Euros which was much more than the original booking so I booked exactly the same car again but this time with the correct name.

When I presented my new booking I was told the car was not available for 3 hours. When I explained I had booked exactly the same car she said I could not have the one that was available with my previous booking but needed to wait for another to be returned. I had some lunch and calmed down.

She offered me an upgrade at considerable cost and said it had winter tyres which I wanted as I was off for a ski trip and as I needed to get away I accepted.
I then had a 15 minute walk with all my luggage to try and find the car which was hidden in a distant car park. I took a quick video of the car then set off
The upgrade was a good car and I had a good holiday.

On the return trip there was fresh snow. When I checked I found that the car did not have winter tyres which was a bit alarming..

When the vehicle was checked on return the lady immediately noticed a paint chip on the driver's door. I am 100% convinced I had not done that and unfortunately my video did not cover this part of the car. I then had to pay a very expensive damage charge

RUN AWAY from this company.
They have a very well and carefully planned strategy to ensure you will always pay more than the original price.
1/ The company car contract is given at the airport office, not at the location of the car.
2/ The car is located 15 min away walking distance from the office. No one is checking the car with you or explaining where the car is properly parked.
3/ They reviewed the car partially, claiming some of the damages, and depending on the time of the pickup (e.g. night time), you have very little chance to check the car.
4/ When you bring back the car, no one checks the car with you.
5/ You have to bring back the keys to the office, 15 min away from the car parking lot.
6/ They wait until you have left / taken your plane to check your car.
7/ They falsely claim you have damaged the car and charge you hundreds of euros (even thought you have proven this is untrue).
8/ You are not in the country anymore, so you have no chance to claim your money back.

Please, do yourself a favor, DO NOT RENT with this company. It will cost you more.

Giorno 18 marzo consegnato auto nel parcheggio alle ore sei e trenta dato che alle sei e trenta del mattino non era presente l'addetto al check-in io per prevenire problemi avevo fotografato l'auto sia al momento del ritiro che al momento della consegna nel loro parcheggio. Ritornato ha casa dopo 4 ore ricevo una email .Le comunichiamo che durante il check-in dell'auto da lei noleggiata abbiamo riscontrato nuovi danni. In allegato trova il modulo di check-in. Il totale a suo carico è di ___150___ € iva inclusa. contatto la sede che non era possibile che sull'auto al momento della restituzione ci fossero danni dato che avevo le foto come prova inviato le foto questi hanno continuato a fare orecchi di mercante continuando a insistere e mi hanno addebitato la somma di denaro. quindi per concludere le ritengo poco corretti .Sconsigliato ,Anzi sconsigliatissimo

Molto gentile l'operatore al check-in, auto raggiungibile facilmente e in pochi minuti, rientro anch'esso semplicissimo, auto in perfette condizioni.

Sono dei ladri!
Avevo prenotato con loro un mese e mezzo fa. Tutto era andato bene, preso la macchina e ritornato come si deve. Il giorno dopo scopro che mi hanno addebitato €250 senza motivo. Gli contatto per maggiori info e mi informano che ho strisciato la macchina. Il che non era vero. Meno male che avevo scattato delle foto prima di prendere la macchina, grazie al quale ho putoto dimostrare che il graffio era gia li. Ho fatto un dietrofront per un mese prima di avere i miei soldi. Hanno provato a fregarmi e rubare soldi da me, mai nella vita prenotero con loro. Ladri!
