Muy buena atención tanto en la recogida como en la devolución.
En el aparcamiento de la devolución no había sitio y costó tiempo aparcar. El adblue estaba vacío y no hubo reembolso por llenarlo. El servicio fue bueno. Lo recomendaría.

As someone who recently moved to Italy, I had the opportunity to rent a car from your company for the second time. Frankly, I was very pleased with my first rental, but the damage invoice I received after my second rental was a complete disappointment. I was very upset to receive such a damage invoice from such a highly satisfied company, and I'm now skeptical of renting a car through you on future trips.

As you can see in the attached documents, I received a damage invoice for exactly €350 for the car I returned on July 27, 2025. As you can see in the pictures, this is nothing more than the plastic from the luggage wheels. In the image in question, the paint isn't deformed, peeling, or dents.

The affected area appears to be a mark that will fade if you rub it with a cleaning cloth and cleaning fluid for 30 seconds. If the dent and paint were actually removed, I would be willing to pay €350. As I mentioned, it appears to be a stain that would be removed if you wiped the area with cleaning fluid for less than a minute.

If I were to be billed for the damage and have to pay for it, I would have no objection. However, if that were to happen, you would have truly disappointed me and, unfortunately, you would have lost a customer in Italy forever.

I've emailed customer service three times, but no one has responded or called me back. I'm leaving my reservation number below, and I hope someone contacts me regarding this matter.

Hired a car from Venice Airport. When we collected the keys to the car, we were told they do not check with us but to take photos of the damage when we first get to car and WhatsApp the pictures. After 45 mins looking for the car in a car park in the middle of a thunderstorm, we finally found our car that was covered in damage. In the dark and rain we took as many pictures of the huge amount of damage as we could and sent the pictures. When we handed the car back, they then check the car with you and claimed we had 2 damage on the car they didn’t have photos for. We have photos of one and a blurred photo of the second and said the second didn’t prove the damage was there first and charged us €250!!! The damage was 3 tiny scratches and it was already there with a photo to prove. I would never use this company, be aware that they clearly leave cars with damage un photographed to charge you.

Im Grunde hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten, nach der Erklärung am Schalter den Parkplatz zu finden, aber mit Google Maps ging es dann.
Das Fahrzeug war nicht gewaschen, daher war es schwierig, zusätzliche Kratzer zu identifizieren, wir haben Fotos gemacht und übermittelt. Nachträglich wurde etwas an der Fahrertür entdeckt, das wir anfangs nicht gesehen und fotografiert haben. Mal sehen, ob man versucht uns dafür etwas zu berechnen. Das Auto war günstig, aber schon alt und verkratzt, aber es tat seinen Dienst und die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert.
