Told them to cancel my order the same day, minutes after I placed the order, plenty of time for them to see the 3 different emails I send requesting it, they didn't cancel right away. Isn't hard to listen hommesoro. Why don't you add a cancel order right away before you ship. Once ship then that option doesn't work. Again not hard to do your job see emails.

The 2-5 business days refers to transit time once the order ships, not the processing time for pre-order items. Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a specific chain and got a shorter length of the chain. I made a complaint and initiated a return and these guys billed me not only a return fee but a portion of my payment as well and instead of giving me back my refund, they send me a useless store credit to make sure I reuse the amount back in their store. SCAMMMMMERS!!!!
Their response is further evidence of their scams. They offered no direct refund to my bank or card. They turned my own money, my refund into a store credit to ensure I use it in their website.
