I’ve been waiting 5 days for an answer on a spare part for a Vevor popcorn machine simple thing like a replacement oil tray sent phots order numberss all I get is we are investigating your issues and will get back to me in 48 hours a company of faceless people and AI not contact number all day n chat line but they take our money but have zero back up service why I need to supply an order number for a spare part is beyond me

Good product, good courier service
Bought some garage floor tiles from vevor, and not sure if I am reviewing the product or the service in this review, however both were excellent. The product arrived, matched the description, colour and clicked into place easily - so the reviews were also accurate, not like some websites where the reviews are all rubbish and it is on trust pilot you finally realise the company is a dodge. Have bought this item twice now (underordered = my fault) and both times the courier delivery was excellent, swift, they dropped the product off to my door (live in the country so many a time I have found parcels tossed in the garden etc). So yes, I will continue to make purchases from vevor.
