Easy process, helpful people.
I left my EZ Pass in the windshield and it was sent back to me at no charge.
The tow truck driver was very helpful. He called ahead in plenty of time and had a receipt ready to go. Very simple process.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I do believe I was put on a mailing list because my junk emails went up 10 fold immediately, no exaggeration, and I read ALL privacy information ahead of time.

The process was easy.
The edocument process was easy. Pickup scheduling was easy. Yhe constant back-to-back calls while I was working was not appreciated. It would be better to limit communication to texts and emails, and establish best times for phone calls. Every one was curious while speaking, it was just a relentless inundation of phone calls.
