It’s a great feeling when you “hope” your donations are going to good. However, these days it sadly may not be true. Look at Minnesota for example. Not sure how this could be done, however if more people were convinced their donations actually made to a Veteran, it might encourage more people.

The driver picking up the vehicle was on time and courteous. The staff arranging the pickup was also courteous. The only issue I had was not getting to an agent initially when responding to a missed call. They did respond to my message the next day.

The company was very quick to set up a pick-up time.
The company was very quick to set up a time to pick up my Dodge Caravan. They also sent e-mail information on how to fill out the vehicle title. The only drawback was not getting a call an hour ahead of the pick-up. However, I was up and waiting for the call, so when the person arrived, I was able to see him. Hard to believe how fast he loaded the vehicle.
