They are the worse. DO NOT BUY FROM.THEM! I ordered an Ottoman that arrived without screws for legs and Allen wrench. Heard from then once after many trys. No offer to send missing parts a week later.

Tried to contact them many times. Finally got a reply to say my item would be dispatched in 2 days, I ordered the item a week ago. Absolutely shocking how long this is taking. I’m 7 months pregnant the stress this company is causing me is frankly disgusting. I’ve reported them to the bank and surprisingly they’ve already heard of this company! Vesgantti you should be ashamed of yourselves, give my money back or I will be taking this matter much further.

Bought single mattress for son. I would sleep on it. Really comfy like a cloud. Fits single bed without issue. Not sure why so many poor reviews. Quality. Purchased from Amazon.

Disgusting customer service and faulty mattress. They first refused to accept that a split in the middle of my mattress was a manufacturing fault and suggested that I just buy a topper from them. When I sent them their warranty terms from their own website, they finally said they would send a replacement but weeks down the line I am still going back and forth trying to close the matter. Meanwhile I have started getting back spasms and having to sleep on the sofa. They have ignored my request to speak to a manager 4 times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

When we got our mattress their website glitched and never sent us an invoice. We talked to customer support via email to confirm our purchase.

Now, they will not honour their guarantee even though the mattress is sinking within the period. I sent them the very email chain of them confirming the purchase but they won't do anything without an invoice.

Would not recommend.

I was very worried because of the reviews. However, I was recommended this website from a friend who purchased a mattress from here. I purchased directly from the company, it arrived within 3 days and exactly as described. So very comfortable and amazing price point.

I wonder if you order through third party if there are more issues that I didn't experience. I would really recommend.

Having purchased 3 and now a foam for the campervan.
Customer service has always been helpful yes dan be slow.
The mattresses are cheap but at this price point I can replace regularly.

I really love that mattress ,it's amazing quality and good price.Im working as housekeeper and few my clients have expensive mattresses like Emma and Simba and I say Vesganti mattress is same quality but with lower price.No overpaid! I already have 3 mattress in total from Vesganti,my first one was purchased few years ago and it's still in very good condition!

Wow super comfy best nights sleep for years i dont understand all these other bad reviews the mattress we recived is excellent super soft but also very supporting and its made our bed alot higher so its easier to get in and out of i bought through amazon and delivery was fast very happy with the mattress overall

The only evidence that Vesgantti exists is that they take your money. They have many different email addresses that are accessible from the website but none will illicit a response. No phone number is available. Very disappointing as we have purchased their mattresses before through Amazon and we like the product.

Disappointed with Poor Quality Mattress and Customer

I recently purchased a mattress that has been deeply disappointing in terms of quality, sizing, and customer support. Although advertised as a standard size, it does not fit my bed frame properly, creating an uneven and uncomfortable sleeping surface. This fundamental flaw significantly undermines its functionality.

The overall quality of the mattress is substandard. It lacks proper support and comfort, and it’s clear the materials used are not durable or worth the price paid. Within a short time, it became evident that this product does not live up to its claims.

What’s worse, the customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. My concerns were met with delayed responses and no meaningful resolution. The lack of accountability and poor after-sales service only added to the frustration.

In short, this mattress was a waste of money. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a product that offers genuine quality and dependable customer support.

I bought the sane mattress for my so sons bed about 5+ years ago so knew the comfort level and what to expect. Had to purchase a new mattress so I was happy to order the same one again. However, when it arrived and I slept on for first time m, it was very hard. I unzipped the cover and found that it was not the same. It was supposed to have charcoal infused memory foam layer as well as a normal memory foam layer but the charcoal memory foam layer was missing and replaced by just a foam layer, making it much harder. They advertise a different memory foam mattress on Amazon and this looks to be the one I received. I contacted them and said they had sent the wrong mattress and that I would like the one I ordered. The long and short if was, they changed the spec and have not updated their web site, They cannot arrange collection and offered me a 30% refund but said I could keep the mattress. I explained this was not acceptable and then it moved to 50% and then 80%. I have held out for a full refund and have now received after I provided evidence that I had disposed of mattress. They have misrepresented the mattress on their website snd continue to do so. I would not order from again and the customer service was not great.

Ordered the single folding mattress for guests staying over Christmas. After ordering I looked on Trust Pilot and saw all the bad reviews, so I was expecting the worst. But I was wrong. The delivery time was 3-5 business days on the website. It came after 3 days. I even emailed them to check it would be delivered on time, and always got a helpful response. I bought the 15cm thick mattress and it was very comfortable laid on the floor. Highly recommend.

Confused by the reviews below. I bought my first Vesgantti 2 years ago as went to an airBnB and found out they’re using this brand. Which was firm and comfortable to sleep on. I emailed the customer service to confirm which one it was, they clearly guided me. Received the mattress and never had an issue.

Impossible to get in touch with their support - already found 3 different Gmail account on their website, Whatsapp number that does not work / connected and no contact number. sent them emails to all addresses and never got a reply. seems that its a straw company drop shipping cheap products from China under a fancy Italian like name - don't be fooled by their website - there is no one to talk to you once the product arrived and you find out it was a scam. I am going to contact Citizens Advice and will track them down and they will be charged accountable for their scam scheme

Faulty mattress as below implied I was too heavy for the mattress won’t honour the warranty which is worth nothing and as below actually tried to get me to buy another with 20% discount awful awful awful I will be going further to recoup my costs and also to trading standards.STEAR CLEAR AT ALL COSTS.!!

If I could show you the crater that has formed on this mattress you may think an elephant had slept there.
Well my partner is certainly not heavy as the response came back as to that’s what happens to these mattresses. Offered a topper at a 20% discount. That’s not going to solve the problem and a bad back would be imminent.
10 year warranty is a load of tosh.

I did not want the mattress and the company was responsive to me. I got a full refund no problem.

Thank God I read all reviews before buying . Before buying its better to read customer reviews...

Please do not buy anything from them!

7 days after purchasing the mattress, while I did not receive the item I sent an email to them , some body answered that we do not have the mattress and we will issue a refund. I bought another mattress. After about 2 weeks suddenly I found a mattress in my mailing room. They have sent it without informing me. Now they do not accept to return and refund. They are offering 22% refund!!!

I wish I had read the reviews here.
