Ordered a large pre-order bundle of multiple different vinyls and CDs. The vinyls arrived in perfect condition, played beautifully, but the CDs were forgotten from the order and only shipped out after I sent an email about it.
The whole order was delayed shipping by a month due to a manufacturing issue / miscommunication regarding one vinyl.
They do not print the barcodes on the vinyl sleeves and instead keep them on a sticker on the protective sleeve provided with the vinyl — which is great in theory, but one vinyl I ordered did not come with a sticker, so I do not have any vinyl information or barcode with my vinyl. They also would not provide me with an image of the sticker for me to print off myself to put in the vinyl sleeve. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, and able to offer an $8 refund for the sticker mess up, however as a collector I am still very disappointed with this outcome.
Whilst I haven’t played all the vinyls yet, the ones I have played have great sound quality, and so do the CDs.

i ordered several vinyl from vertigo vinyl from the nicole dollanganger drop on my first package after waiting a month for it to finally arrive they forgot a vinyl in my package and the vinyl sleeves got damaged i contacted them and they said itd be included in the rest of my order and that they'd send replacement sleeves now a month later i get this package and the vinyls still nowhere to be seen and my replacement sleeves are all damaged

Ordered some preorders that were shipping in January. I am living in Europe. The package only had US tracking, although I paid a lot of money for shipping. My order is nowhere go be found. The customer service told me to contact the local shipper. I did that, they told me that Vertigo Vinyl didnt pay for shipping. I reached out to them almost one month ago. Since then they are ghosting. Over 150 bucks lost.

In October, I pre-ordered a limited edition vinyl with a signed insert. The vinyl release date was delayed without any communication. It arrived in the most flimsy mailer ever, and of course arrived damaged as a result. The main reason I ordered from them was for the signed insert (woke up at 3am to secure it) but it arrived without the insert. The vinyl is a picture disc which I detest and unsurprisingly sounds horrendous. I contacted their customer service over a week ago about the damage and missing insert and have yet to receive a response. Horrendous company and service, no surprise their web store reviews are restricted.

Have ordered from them a four times, only once has a vinyl arrived without any mishaps. They are used to delaying shipping dates without any emails to inform you, they don’t answer customer care emails and I had to tag them repeatedly on instagram stories to get their attention.

Ordered a limited edition, cat-shaped vinyl for my daughter. I paid $26 for the item plus a similar amount to have it shipped – I'm in the UK; Vertigo Vinyl are in the US. Ordered in October 2025, vinyl release date was beginning of February 2026. I was super excited when I got a notification to say the vinyl had been shipped.

We waited until the end of February and the package eventually arrived. The box the vinyl was posted in was intact despite almost a month of shipping. However, when I opened the box the sleeve of the vinyl was damaged.

The vinyl itself is a 10" size and the cardboard sleeve is a 12" size. During the shipping, the vinyl has obviously slid and pierced the cardboard sleeve.

I contacted Vertigo Vinyl and explained the sleeve was damaged and were they any spares they could send. They said they weren't and offered me an $8 refund, which I begrudingly accepted.

This was bought as a collector's item and the value of it was obviously considerably reduced due to the damage. Beware ordering shaped vinyls like this from Vertigo Vinyl.

Positives: the vinyl wasn't damaged and communication was timely. Unfortunately the damage to the sleeve and the paultry refund has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Emailed over two weeks ago and had no response, even tried to dm on instagram and comments on their posts. Terrible customer service, definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Unsure if my order I’ve tried to cancel will even arrive

Ordered a record which was allegedly shipped over a month ago but has not been delivered. They dont respond to emails or messages on their social media. Im having to do a bank charge back to get a refund. Really bad business, zero customer service.

I've emailed several times trying to find out why my order wasn't being shipped as it was well past the shipping date, and right when I ask to cancel the order and get my money back they mark my order as shipped. It's been 5 days, and USPS still hasn't received the vinyl from them. They marked it as shipped simply so I couldn't cancel and still have not replied to me thru email or social media (it's been 2 weeks). They also deleted comments I made on their tiktok account calling them out for it. Very scummy and not excused by being a "small business"

I ordered a vinyl that is by far my favorite so far. I was a bit nervous because it didn’t ship out for a few days but it will dont worry. It states clearly on their site your order will be shipped at the end of the month it was placed. It makes since because I’m sure thousands of orders come through. Nonetheless these guys are legit and I’m very happy and will be buying much more from vertigo in the future! Customer service is also excellent if you call them and they are very kind. Thank you!

Great company. I’ve bought a few times from them and every time parcels have reached to me in great conditions. Customer service’s also very good if you have any issues.

Shipped in about a week, but they warned me beforehand it would be so!! Quick responsive team, Eveything went perfectly woohooo!!

My order that I placed six weeks ago is still an absolute no show, even after politely contacting customer service about this twice, to no response. Although I understand this is an American based company who has to - in my case - ship to the UK … this was an exclusive drop where both vinyls came to over £50 each, so to have given them this much money, and not only have nothing to show for it, but also no idea where my vinyls even are or what’s even happening with them … all this time later … it’s incredibly disheartening.

It doesn’t help seeing other reviews where people talk about receiving their records three months late and broken on arrival. I really hope this isn’t how my case turns out, especially as Natural Born Losers is an album of great sentimental importance to me. I’ll try getting in touch again with fingers crossed that there may be help this time, but yeah … just really disappointing so far. If this is resolved I’ll take my review down, but it’s certainly discouraged me from buying from them again in the future.

Worst shop of my life!

Uses AI to communicate with customers and is not able to correct a mistake they unfortunately made…so I didn’t even get the products! They stopped answering me for about a month now regarding the issue and I did not get my money (over 130$) back.

I’m really sad and I just can’t recommend enough: buy at your local vinyl store!!!

I personally had a really good experience with the customer service! Fast reply and very kind, helped me with my request very quickly and well!

Maybe great for Americans, but terrible for international buyers, where an address can easily be incorrect. I ordered a record in August. Unfortunately, it was sent to Australia (AU) instead of AT (Austria). I contacted everyone, but no one was interested, and the seller didn't even respond. They even attempted delivery in Australia, despite my contacting them... simply unbelievable. Now I'll probably have to wait another two months, and since the record contains liquid, it will most likely break. Very annoying....

Pre-ordered Married in Mt. Airy in November 2024. When it arrived to me in the UK in February 2025 it had a 3 inch seam split, creasing to the cover and insert and water damage. Understandably I was fuming. I emailed them and as I knew this was a limited press I asked if a full refund was possible. After a lot of back and forth with their customer service team who were quite rude and a pathetic offer of less than £10 refund on a £60 transaction, I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank. Vertigo then tried to take payment from me again after the bank successfully gave me my refund but thankfully they blocked it. The packaging they use to ship their products is flimsy and judging by other reviews, this is a common enough issue. I'll never shop with them again.

Amazing customer service! My original vinyl arrived damaged - the sleeve was badly bent and the record itself had visible warping. Even though I missed the return window, they were so understanding and worked with me to find a replacement I’d be excited about. Communication was quick, friendly, and accommodating. They turned a frustrating situation into a great experience, and I truly appreciate their kindness and flexibility. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!
