Not the great fitness team. Their service is okay, they give training feedback via video weekly based on the exercises they give you on whatever plan you’re on. It’s all great, excitement in the beginning lol, when it gets to the nitty gritty goals, they fail! They don’t train you well, they don’t hear you well, they don’t connect with you well. There is no coach-client relationship. There are better coaches out there who value their work and business. Their communication is below par. They charge astronomical prices and provide mediocre services. Coaches have to care and train clients together, I did not experience the care part. It’s unfortunate for anyone who’d have to go through them. They are knowledgeable, but they are not good at delivering them.

Excellent cali community with support and programmes for everyone from beginner to intermediate to advanced. Tailored support and excellent direct access to Q&As and tutorials from dedicated coaches wih years of relevant and detailed experience and knowledge. Supportive community to keep you accountable with members ranging from young to those in their prime to those of us on the older ends of the scale. No nonsense but empathetic support from good humans- no bull or spin just constant progression and help through the inevitable bumps

This program is everything you could possibly need. Affordable, helpful coaches, access to all sorts of helpful fitness information, and an amazing community.

Since joining the gravity gang I've grown physically stronger, but I have also grown in my motivation and diligence in training. I've been working out for as long as I can remember, but this is the only program that has kept me consistent. I can confidently say that I am in the healthiest place of my life.

I'd been really interested in calisthenics but didn't know where to start or what I was gonna need to start training. I was weary at first to join because it was something new, and something that was going to cost me a little more than $30 bucks a month. It was also going to take time, and who knows maybe I don't get stronger, maybe the program isn't what they say. But in just a few days I knew that wasn't the case. When I stuck to it I saw progress, friends and family saw progress. Since then I have never gone back. This is not just a plan, but a group you can stick with that will encourage and motivate you to accomplish your goals. I honestly can not thank the gang enough for everything they have done for me. Give them a try, you will not regret it!

Brilliant community lead by extremely knowledgeable and friendly coaches (Ihsan and Sam). Includes an abundance of calisthenics tutorials and constant feedback. With their help and by following their easy to follow, well thought out plan, I was able to unlock the ability to do muscle ups which had been a goal of mine for a while. If you’re contemplating getting into calisthenics but not sure where to begin I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I've been working with Sam and Ihsan for 6 weeks on their excellent Gravity Gang Skool platform.

It's such fun and the gains are really coming despite volume actually being less than what I used to do before.

There's so much work gone into the structure and they are so knowledgeable.

There's a real buzz from the community aspect too, seeing how each one of us are making progress.

For cailsthenics, you 100% need a coach or you tie yourself up in bits. The Gravity Gang is that coach.

In my short time on the program I've dialled my pull-ups, now adding 10kg for reps, repping +20kg on dips, unlocked pistol squats for first time ever and my handstand is way more reliable meaning I've just started to perform handstand pushup negatives 😁😁😁

I joined Gravity Gang expecting to get some awesome workouts and set achievable goals, but I got so much more.

These guys have built a whole community, offering workouts and exercises for every level, with stepping stones to reach your goals. They provide weekly live calls with advice, hacks, and tips, as well as nutrition advice, recipes, and both calisthenics and hybrid workouts.

The community itself is incredible, with members sharing their experiences, advice, and encouragement. You get support from people who have been on the same journey.

The best part is that the team genuinely knows what they’re talking about and is passionate about helping and sharing their knowledge. They’re always available to help, making it feel like you have the most awesome personal trainers in your pocket at all times.

I've really enjoyed the last few months of being part of the Gravity Gang. The programming is fit for any skill level, and they've put so much effort into making the videos and descriptions as precise as possible. The platform has been wonderful for connecting with like minded people, and I've never had a question go unanswered. Coming from a background of years of weightlifting, this programming has been so challenging and rewarding. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking to get stronger and become athletic AF.

All of the courses are incredibly in depth and it shows how much care and time has been put into the community.
