fast shipping, no damage over three deliveries, three different orders

I have ordered many customized panels w/windows from Versare. I noticed this week the Cerulean blue color was taken off your color choice list. The "Chat" person told me that Versare was no longer manufacturing the Cerulean fabric color. I thought that was an odd reply as you had a similar issue about 18-24 months ago and the color was simply on back-order. When I mentioned that to the chat person she responded that I was correct, but couldn't give me an ETA for the color. Long term color availability is important.

When ordering the panels, I ordered the posts that went with the panels. For some reason the posts didn't get added to the order or shipped. When the order was received I had a damaged panel. They replaced the panel and sent me the post within a couple of days. I've ordered from them before without a problem, but even with the small issue that I had they took care of it immediately.

Although there was an initial error in my order, customer service responded very well to my emails and set about to fix it. It took a series of messages, but they continued to provide excellent service until the issue was rectified. This went above and beyond regular customer service assistance! I am grateful for the great support I received and the diligence it took to ensure that, as a customer, I was satisfied!! I love the office dividers I purchased; they are just what I wanted. I highly recommend Versare for their great products and extraordinary customer service!

Received the item I ordered in a few days. Panel was exactly as described.

My order arrived quickly and we like the product

This is a horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VERSARE SOLUTIONS. Their solution to sending you the wrong item is to have the CUSTOMER pay to send it back to them and then have the CUSTOMER wait around while they try and figure out how to send you the right item. They sent me the wrong partitions (which were also damaged). I had a deadline for the project that was to include their partitions and I had to move on and complete the project with other materials. Now they want to charge me the shipping costs to return the wrong/damaged partitions PLUS another 20% of the purchase price because I do not want them to take a another shot at sending me what I ordered in the first place??? This equals out to over a $1000 that they will make sending one of their customers something that they did not even order- because it is their company policy!

Great Solution for Added Space
We needed more storage space at our auto body shop. This was the perfect solution. Portable, easy to set up and enclosed. So glad we found this!

Ease of ordering.

This screen is very esthetically pleasing. Pretty color, as pictured, and looks expensive. Easy to put together. Could have had better instructions, but fortunately my husband is very mechanical. It's lightweight. The 3 stars is because there is not an easy way to open it. The side trim is weak and can't be pulled on, so you have to push from the inside of the panels, with 2 people, to open it. It is sliding easier now that we've used it a few times, but the only way to fully open with one person is to get on the floor using hands and feet. And with bottom pressure only it wants to stick at the top.

Once logged in under my profile on the website, I could not pull the details of a previous order. this made it cumbersome and difficult to reorder specific components without having to navigate the full site to drill down to the specific part I needed.

The product is okay (my old Fully Jarvis desk was better - felt more solid). When I needed a new desk, I decided to go with Versare because their website said "Made In The USA". But it is ***NOT*** made in the USA as they claim. My Versare desktop arrived with a "MADE IN CHINA" sticker on it. I emailed Versare Customer Support, they responded: "The product is basically fully assembled in our Minnesota headquarters using parts we source out from different suppliers." Versare is clearly engaged in false advertising. For this reason, I will not buy from them again. Shipping was fast as promised.

I really like the appearance of the partitions and how easy to assemble them! If I need more partitions, I will buy them from Versare for sure.

I got this because my husband and I both work from home. I wanted this to provide separation from our desks and to also absorb some of the sound from each other when are both on calls and it has worked well. I did not have any issues with ordering and it arrived fairly quickly.

Did not come with enough sliders for full installation. Missing 6 sliders in total.

Easy ordering, good product. They were a tad tall so had them cut 4 inches. Our desks butt up to each other so the privacy and clean look is wonderful. The 20% markup for shipping almost made me not order. But, these are stil less expensive than fabric panels so we're happy.
