The box was open and damaged when it arrived and it took a long time to be delivered and the size was incorrect

Poor communication w my order.
I ordered online , waited for 3 weeks no delivery , no notification of emails that it was out of stock. until I called , stated the 5 panels divider is out of stock.
No courtesy of notify us.
And when I switch my order to 3 panels divider, receptionist said that they have a lot of stock, however, after paying it over the phone ,the guy that I spoke to said it will take 3/7 days to deliver, and said will email to confirm the orders . Yes he emailed me stating the 3 panels dividers were out of stock.
That I have to wait the by end of May.
Very frustrating!

The product is presented in dollars without mentioning it's US dollars until you receive the bill. Since the price was almost the same (in Canadian dollars) on Amazon, I chose to go directly through the company, thinking their was also Canadian dollars.
Finally, I am losing 180 cad buying through their website and I cannot even cancel, since they charge you 20% for that.

Purchasing was easy, however I went back and forth a few times to understand some aspects of which posts I needed to purchase as some information was not 100% clear.

I would change your website so you can choose the electrical panel when you are selecting items to add to your cart! This cost my company thousands of dollars freight and restocking fees because I had to send back the whole order. I think this could looked at and made more customer friendly.

You had the perfect product....just the delivery date was much later than the website made me believe. You are a great company and I appreciate your products and your customer service. Thanks so much!

Easy to assembly and so far no issues found.

Great structure, well built, using good materials. Quality all the way. Have now purchased multiples of this unit and never disappointed. Using them as flexible dressing rooms and quick change booths for performing arts spaces. Terrific company to work with!

Easy to order. Fast shipping. The economy quality is very nice and meets our needs exactly.

The website was easy to use. The only drawback was the cost of Shipping. Shipping was 20% of the cost of the total order.

Online ordering a breeze!

The online ordering process was very simple. The system allowed me to get all the necessary pieces to build our cublicles.

Never received our order. They tried to charge 20% restocking fee for something we never received and for something they said was lost. What is there to restock? They will get full reimbursement from the delivery company and are still trying to charge for something we never received. We will never again order from a company that does business like this.
