I ordered the product on Aug 22nd 2024 and still have not received it. I have to inquire about updates and am told the company is waiting on parts. I expected the order to be expedited quickly considering this is a small order and this is the product line your company marketed as available. Not happy with the time period and the customer service.

Acoustical Partition Wall 8' x 6.6'
It is free standing acoustic wall. It does not completely make sound disappear, it muffles sound and makes it a little less annoying. It does not block talking voice, but it's a lot better than nothing. It's big and tall and not very heavy. Color choice is nice. Price is expensive.

Besides the sale person being helpful, every other experience was awful. I ended up getting an incomplete product without the wheels making it unusable. I found customer service people without empathy or concern for my situation and always making excuses for non-results. I wanted the wheels overnighted to me and a partial refund for the several dents I found on two of my three boards. Unfortunately, it took several emails and calls to get a decision made. I got an excuse that emails are queued and people level early so many hours can go by without someone reading them. The decision to send the wheels took over 48 hours to get approved (+2 days). I expected to get them on a Friday, but they took another week to actually get to me. The excuse was the production department was very busy (+5 days) and Fedex didn't pickup the package (+1 day). I was floored that a production problem in the first place which is obviously a production error in the first place is not resolved within 24 hours for the customer having the product. It took over 8 days for me to get functional boards. They said they would replace the boards because of the dents, but it took close to a month of waiting for the first set of non-functional boards to be sent to me and I thought I'd have something that worked quickly and could not wait another month for shipping/production to happen. I didn't mention that when tracking the shipment it stayed 2-3 days in a town near me until I called because they didn't have proper instructions to deliver them to me. When I finally got the wheels there were no instructions on proper installation (wondered if I needed screws or not to hold them in place) and I got double the number of needed wheels (not sure what to do with the extra box of them.... So this experience involved me calling or emailing 10-12 times and never feeling like I would get results. I now have three functional boards two with several dents in them. They look like high quality materials and look good, but the process of getting them was a nightmare. I'd appreciate this going to a VP or president of the company the processes need to be vastly improved.
Panels arrived heavily damaged
Panels arrived heavily damaged and shipping company delivered them knowing they were damaged and very quickly departed before they could have been reviewed by staff. However, the process to get new ones was easy after submitting a few photos. We are still waiting for confirmation on shipment of the new panels.
UPDATE:
Received new panels without issue. Please note these are very flimsy and made with cardboard inside so they can damage easily. One of the new panels was slightly dented on the side so it was a little difficult sliding the poles down the side but we were able to make it work with some olive oil!

Poor customer service
UPDATE: Downgrading this review to 1-star and would give a zero if I could. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Surprise, surprise, they called me the morning after I left the previous review (that got their attention). They said my "ticket number had somehow gotten lost in emails" - well I sent several emails so don't know how they ALL got lost. They asked me to change my review and I told them I would if my delivery went smoothly. We did get the delivery that day. Kind of a bummer to get last minute notice - because it would have been very helpful if we were prepared for the delivery ahead of time - but we were happy to be receiving the room. However, the carrier left the delivery outside even though we paid extra to have it brought in (the delivery person said they weren't paid the extra fee for that). One of the panels was cracked and we are missing ALL OF THE CONNECTION PIECES to put it together. We are now scrambling to try to get them to send us the missing & broken parts but they didn't even acknowledge our detailed email with photos about this. This whole thing is a mess and the room is essentially unusable. We also had to completely unpack it to bring it inside, so it's going to be a b*tch to send back. Not to mentioned that NOTHING was labelled so it's very hard to tell which piece is which. Also, it did not come with any installation instructions. When asked for instructions, customer service sent of a brief and vague video of a room being assembled, which is not even the same kind of room that we bought. This has been a HORRIBLE experience - run the other way before purchasing.

Customer service was great BEFORE I placed the order. Now that I have paid - radio silence. The production of my room was delayed and no one notified me that the room would ship later than planned. After the shipping delay, they also told me it would take 1-2 weeks to arrive...they initially told me 1-2 days (which I have in email). When the room finally shipped they sent me a confirmation email with tracking number. However, there is no place for me to search tracking number. I was also told that when my item shipped I could schedule a delivery window. Again, no where for me to do this. I have emailed customer service multiple times in the past week with zero response. I have also directly emailed my previous contact (Steven) who was always happy to reply within the day BEFORE I placed my order and now is unresponsive. I am now on hold trying to call. Their hold says if you'd like a quicker reply to email. Well they're not respond to emails and this is really starting to feel like a scam - or at the very least just horrible customer service and tons of misinformation.

Frustrated with the lack of service support...15 days since product was delivered and we still can't put the dividers together
While the pricing wasn't bad for what we received - workstation dividers. The instructions are not very helpful, the hardware list is not detailed enough and parts were missing. Customer service was quick to respond however it seems they do not understand their own products. Instructions state washers and nuts to be used which were not in the delivery and when they shipped the missing parts we received long screws. When I sent a photo of what we actually received, they replied with a screen shot of Step 2 however my issue is the missing parts in Step 1 which I made a point of stating in all communications. Still waiting for a response.

The ease of ordering and quick delivery. Fairly simple to assemble. Extremely sturdy. Great customer service!

However. unless you intend to anchor into cement, the privacy screens will be knocked down by any wind since there is zero bracing on the lower ground…..just screw holes.
Not noise cancelling
The customer service would receive a 5 star in excellence. However, the room divider did not cut the noise from one side of the room to the other, and is therefore, not being used and is a waste of my organization's money. I now do not know what to do with the room divider as it does not meet the purpose of its purchase.
