Not sure where you get your records…
Not sure where you get your records information from, but clearly your research is very poor. you have recently sent me 3 letters saying my 3 properties have been unoccupied for several years. Which they have not! How do you check and where do you get your information, clearly not from the local rates departments?

Hi Shaun, the quality of our research does in fact come directly from the council and the rates information they publish, your properties are still listed as empty on ‘Cambridgeshire Insight Open Data’ which Peterborough Council emailed over to us directly in our search for vacant properties. We advise you to contact your local council and get them to update their record. In the meantime, we have removed your information from our system to avoid any further communication from us. Sorry for the misunderstanding, we put a lot of time and effort into our research to ensure that we only contact people we can help.
