Authenticity and transparency are fundamental to everything we do. Each item undergoes a detailed, multi-stage inspection and authentication process before being offered for sale. This may include examining craftsmanship, materials, weight, construction, hallmarks, engravings, serial formatting, stone settings and consistency with known brand specifications. We also clearly communicate the condition, accompanying documentation and any relevant history of each piece. Alongside our available collection, we provide a personalised sourcing service for clients searching for a specific jewellery or watch reference. Our specialists can help locate rare pieces, discontinued designs, particular sizes and items that may not be readily available on the open market. Clients wishing to sell or upgrade their jewellery can also access our private valuation, trade-in and consignment services. I recently purchased one of the Rolex watches from Veridian Vows and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my initial enquiry through to receiving the watch, the customer service was excellent. Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally, and I never felt pressured at any stage.

The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and well communicated, which gave me confidence throughout. The watch arrived exactly as expected, was well packaged, and I’m really pleased with the quality.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Veridian Vows to anyone looking for a professional, reliable service. Great communication, excellent customer support, and a seamless experience from start to finish. I’ll happily use them again in the future.

Great customer service !!

My experience purchasing the Van Cleef & Arpels Vintage Alhambra 20 Motif Onyx Necklace for my girlfriend was simply outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I placed the order, the process was incredibly smooth. The customer service was truly excellent – responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with all my questions.
