There was for sure a lot effort made to build veri beacause it is extremely targeted to an individual’s health and pattern overall
Extremely happy and for sure recommend it for those struggling to lose weight. It keeps you informed in a way that you start to care about every single meal.

Great insights and data, app is easy to use and actually helps you understand and interpret the data you're receiving. Veri is helping me make positive steps towards my health goals!

The information I get helps me really understand what kind of food works for me. I have already changed my eating habits after only one week. The constant feedback loop is an additional motivation to do the right thing.

In general, veri is very user friendly and provides greats insights. There is some room for improvement in terms of scoring certain values, but overall it is a great experience. The customer support is very responsive and friendly.

Customer Support team promptly replied, understood my problem, and suggested actions. They also contacted me the next day to see how I was doing. My problem had been resolved and I was doing great.

The app is easy to use and easy to follow! The educational tips and videos within the app are broken down into smaller pieces of information so it makes it less daunting to go through them and learn how about blood sugar and the effects of blood sugar spikes. I particularly like that it shows what range you are in (e.g. optimal) as the ranges are otherwise difficult to retain just from the tips/videos. The meal scores also help identify ways in which to improve your nutrition in order to better balance your blood sugar. Overall I’ve found the Veri to be incredibly beneficial and plan to continue using it in the future to ensure I am still on track.

Customer service has been prompt to answer questions and offer support. It’s so nice to have humans to contact!

Using Veri for 3 months. Fist time to know right away how food you eat affects your glucose, This data helps me to improve quality meals and loose weight in a sustainable way.

The app takes raw data from the sensor app (freelibre link) and processes it into useful information.

Like the easy to view and informative graphs which tie in with meals and activity.

Really like the food rating as helps me visualise which meals effect my glucose positively or negatively.

Useful guides pop up in the app.

When a good item is reviewed it currently give a generic result so all “bad” food get the same description. Be nice if in future they can be more specific.

The meal logging is useful but would be nice if it could track macros and targets like other food tracking apps.

The monthly price of the app is very high and probably due to the limited choice of alternatives and not reflective of the features/content offered.

I get regular check-ups and bloodwork. I started using Veri because, while I’ve never had an issue with my fasting glucose, I wanted a better understanding of how my diet, exercise and glucose levels all relate to each other.

For example, I follow a plant based diet but suspected I was overeating. I also have a consistent exercise pattern with cardio and strength training. While I understand the basic mechanics, I wanted to see for myself how my body released glucose during exercise.

Veri made all this possible. The program came with Libre 3 sensors which push data continuously which removed the need for spot checking every 8 hours. The diet tracking is easy to use. I pretty much immediately saw how overloading on bread and plant based meat was pushing my average glucose out of an optimal range. I incorporated more vegetables, dropped extra bread and confirmed the difference in my glucose response in the app.

This kind of realtime validation is really impactful considering how long the conventional feedback loop (ie blood test -> time -> blood test) can take. I recommend Veri for anyone looking to understand their own metabolism and what they need to do to improve. Customer service was also responsive and friendly.

Totally amazing insights into your own health and response to food and exercise. There is a large and helpful community and also great customer support if you should need them.

Very informative service. Good to know best practices for controlling blood sugar. Should not cost this much to use a CGM, however.

Unglaublich was sich Veri erlaubt - den originalen Abbott Libre 2 sensor einfach auszupacken und dann als eigenen Senosor in die Versandbox zu legen. Wow. Sehr frech. Anbieter wie bspw. Zoe oder Hello Inside machen das wesentlich professioneller und klären zumindest über die Abhängigkeiten sauber und ehrlich auf. Shame on you, Veri!

Ansonsten finde ich das interface und die Visusalisierung ganz OK, definitiv hilfreicher als bei Zoe, aber definitiv auch schlechter als bei Hello Inside.

Easy to use. I don't find the 'adding food' part as useful as it could have been; there's no support for local food or brands (I'm Danish). I would strongly recommend looking at january.ai for inspiration to new features. I don't think 38€/month for just the app as it is now makes mush sense looking at what it is. Not worth that much.

I’m new to monitoring my blood sugar levels. Veri is easy to use and provides a lot of insights to how my body handles the food I’m eating. I’ve definitely had some eye opening moments!

Whole process from ordering CGM, doctors prescription approval , receiving CGM, installing Veri, Libre app, went smoothly. All instructions are nicely written. With CGM came to know how body reacts to different foods, exercises and modifying lifestyle lowers sugar levels. Recommend to everyone who wants to keep a tab on their sugar levels. Already completed 4 months, planning to go for 4 more months. Very helpful to control sugar levels, I wish I had known about this product sooner.

Program, insight and customer service are great! The CGM and lessons have been a real eye opener about nutrition and all the different things that affect blood sugar.

I’ve been using the app-only option and it’s been great so far - very simple and clear and I’ve actually learned some really interesting things about my reaction to certain foods.

The sensors are great and the Veri app is informative and pretty easy to use. I get a lot of good data to help me plan meals and exercise.
