Ingrese por una información falsa, ya que ofrecían una cafetera por un valor bajo y luego de pagar me di cuenta que no era cierto. Espero que Esmerald cumpla con su palabra y me devuelvan lo pagado. Gracias.

Gracias al equipo de soporte que pudo ayudarme a resolver mi caso, ya que por un error pagué una suscripción, pero me van a hacer el reintegro.

No es lo que se promete, quiero dejar de usarlo, además quiero pedir reembolso de mi dinero

Estimado Soporte,

Mi reclamación se fundamenta en que el cobro inicial por la tarjeta de regalo no corresponde con el producto o servicio que yo esperaba o que se me presentó. Si la oferta inicial no se ajusta a lo prometido, considero que aplicar una política de no reembolso para ese primer cargo es inaceptable. Además que lo estoy solicitando en el mismo instante donde me percaté, porque vi que me querían cobrar más, dinero que no contaba, afortunadamente esto dio de margen de saldo insuficiente, pero si me cobraron que serian $416.39 pesos mexicanos

Me comentaron que tenía que contestar el cuestionario, sin embargo, otra vez me piden mas datos míos, que quiero que me lo eliminen mis datos que les he dado, exijo formalmente que reconsideren mi solicitud y procedan a la devolución total de mi dinero. De no recibir una solución satisfactoria mediante el reembolso, lamentablemente me veré obligada a considerar esto como un caso de publicidad engañosa y fraude.

Porfavor me pueden ayudar a solucionarlo?

Your platform/company is not good. From the very beginning, I already tried to avail your product, and you already knew that my account was not eligible or could not be used. So why do you keep deducting money from my account for amounts that I do not even know what they are for?

First, I did not successfully purchase anything from you. Second, my account was not even valid. Third, I did not subscribe to any of your services.

This is a very bad and unacceptable experience. Please return all the amounts that you deducted from my account as soon as possible.

My experience was not good at first I was supposed to pay 10 dollars for something then they took 80 dollars out my checking. After multiple emails they are to credit an account

HORRIBLE. I tried to sign up for a Sam’s Club reward and got tricked into signing up for this scam membership at this company. Total fraud! And of course now they’re pulling money out of my account and it’s a disaster trying to get this canceled. BEWARE

Well I made the call today to go ahead and cancel my membership only because I couldn't find anything that I was interested in, so I emailed the support team and right away I got a response from Jamall who not only assisted me he was able to get me a full refund which I really appreciate it.

Update 2 -A representative stated that my money will be refunded.
Update- They will only refund my money with a 4-5 star positive rating. I'm not being coerced!

I never signed up for this and I keep getting charged. This happened from trying to purchase something from another website. I now have 3 pending charges. I don’t like misleading businesses like this. Contacted customer service about unauthorized charges and still waiting for it to be resolved.

Claire helped resolve my issue. She handled it for me. I wasnt aware of what i was doing. Thank you escalation team.
