I've ordered my socks for the awesome designs because I love crazy socks. But they don't just look good, they also fit perfectly and are comfortable while running.
They could be a tiny bit thinner but otherwise all good. Highly recommended :)

Venture are my go-to sock guys now! In fact I even use them to buy gifts for others! A work colleague got them in secret Santa, and my son got some at Christmas 2 years running now! They feel great, last well and have style, they definitely tick the funky box! I'll buy again for sure!

I know it might be difficult to get excited about socks but MAN these are just the best.
Huge range of some pretty amazing designs and colours, also SUOER comfy too.
I have at least 7 pairs of these socks whilst my daughter has about 4 or 5, my wife demands that you make some Xsmaller sizes for her toddler like feet(UK2.5-3) so that she can be in the cool gang too 🤗🤗🤗🤣

Arrived promptly too.

Ordered over £50's worth of socks with express shipping (1-2 days) but the order took 6 days to arrive. I contacted customer service after 3 days, as the order still wasn't with the courier, and the customer service team were useless.

I paid for express shipping as I required the socks for an event but they didnt arrive on time.

I am still waiting for customer service to reply again.

Needless to say, I will not be using Venture again based on their poor customer service.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks and it's been over a month, no shipment, no confirmation, nothing. I even gave the benefit of the doubt to get the items reshipped and received no shipping information. Good socks, service is horrible.

Ordered with 48 hour tracked delivery. Now 10 days since order was said to be on its way and nothing. Finally got an automated reply from evri bott so say they are looking into it but despite 3 emails and 3 messages via the venture website I have bad absolutely no response from the sellers themselves. These items were not cheap and the level of customer support is apparently non existent. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering or recommending again.

Edit - once customer services did contact me refund of postage and new items sent out quickly. EVRI managed to get it here this time.

Absolutely shocking customer service will not use again!!!
I made several orders with this company unfortunately they use another incompetent company to deliver their orders. My first order with Venture was delivered to a property that is nowhere near my house, I contacted Venture to be told they would resend my order on Royal mail. A day later another email off them to tell me they had cancelled my order as I had already collected it from the parcel shop. ( this was infact my second order with them which I had redirected to a shop as the drivers could not be trusted to deliver to my house) so still out of pocket. They seem to be doing everything they can to swerve either refunding me or actually sending me my order.

Absolutely love my socks, the quality is amazing! So soft. I ordered on Thursday morning and received them Friday!!!

Very prompt, I sent an email saying I had ordered the wrong size in error and needed to amend the order. It was done after only a few minutes of receiving the email. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever.
I bought 16 pairs of socks, delivery was quick and they seemed alright. However after one wear they are all faded and some colours bleed into others. I sent customer service a message and photos and was told that’s just how printed socks work. If that was true shouldn’t all the socks fade in the same way instead of all patchy? Anyway they refuse to refund because “the socks are still wearable” so I’m stuck with a load of socks with faded and bleeding colours.
Joke of a company, won’t use again.

Update to reply: to clarify your customer service person misread my complaint, claimed they couldn’t see any “slashing” on the socks. Probably because I didn’t complain about slashing and that was never an issue. Replacements were not offered, only to return the items at my expense.

These are the most fantastic socks. Amazing quality, great designs and great customer services. Can’t wait for some new designs so that can buy even more!
