Urgh i just wanted to say i love ventis vision the comunity surrounding it the positivity
the huge art centered part of it

and im so thankfull for all the contest i won
the contest that keeps coming in and the fact that yall clearly keep a no ai rules in a world thats more and more accepting of it.

I also bought several of their clothes always huge quality its awesome. They also have a quick customer service if any problem apear. One time they forgot to put in A freebie and they refunded me part of my order for something i didnt even pay.

Terrible customer service and quality control

I have ordered quite a few preorders from them and each and every time some sort of accessory or little thing is missing, not the end of the world but still shouldn't be happening for such expensive items.
Most recently my order with 5 items arrived and came with 2 of the same jacket instead of the other one that i ordered and the customer service has been absolutely useless and recommended that i try to resell it. I should not have to deal with that i should have just gotten the item i ordered. i would NOT recommend ordering from them until they get their quality control issues sorted out and a competent support system.

Hi there I would say this is my first time ordering from ventis Vision I just wanted to know the estimated time for my purchase because I ordered a Kazuha shirt on April 26 2025 and it is currently October 2nd 2025 so it has been 6 months if it needs to take more time that’s fine but I just need to know when is the estimated time for delivers like this

Beautiful Genshin Impact Themed Clothing from Small Buisness 100% Reccomend

Such an amazing small business that makes Genshin Impact themed clothing. I have never been disappointed with the purchases that I have received from this business. I see a lot of bad reviews on here too, but I think a lot of people are being extremely unfair and completely skipping over or just not reading the timelines at all, just like they do with Stitch Spring. I think many people believe each drop or collection is in stock or on hand. It states on their website, that everything is pre-order. It takes an estimated wait time of 6 months from production to delivery. So, of course, you're not going to receive it in like 2 or 3 months, which I have noticed a lot of people expect from this small business. I can happily say as a customer that the wait is worth it and you will always receive your product. From what I have learned it's a small team that does everything from planning and launching the drops/collections, production, to shipping. Everything they make is also handmade as well, it's not meant to be handled roughly, and more so for casual or cosplay wear. Just like their sister brand Stitch Spring, Ventis Vision also has an amazing Discord community as well where you can chat and hang out with other Ventis Vision customers, and they're so welcoming along with their staff/mod team. I have noticed here too though the staff/mods are treated a lot like customer service when they state everywhere that if you have any specific order inquiries to contact their customer service, because they're absolutely right, the staff there are not customer service and their there to help with server related issues. The staff there are so nice though and so helpful, but it's so heartbreaking for some people to take their frustaions and impatience out on them when they really only know so much information so it's always best to contact their customer service if you need further help so there staff team doesn't get overwelmed. I would 100% purchase from this company, overall you won't regret it, and I can promise you that you will have a great experience like myself has had every single time I have placed an order and received it, making me a very happy customer. I'm also so excited for the next collection they have planned, thank you so much to the team for being so amazing!

You'll be stuck with clothing that don't fit, NO customer service at all

In short, the item I've ordered was too small. It was mislabeled in the factory as a XL size while in reality it had the measurements of a L.
Refund or any other solution offered?
No, I could get $10 refuned out of a $150 purchase... This customer service is a joke.

Still, shouldn't it be 130cm? Instead of the 122cm? Because I do remember comparing it to the sizes of the hoodies XL (what fits, as I showed in previous pictures).

Thank you for the coupon, but what about the jacket itself now? Can I return it and get a proper one with the correct sizing?

Because at the moment I just have a jacket that doesn't fit me 🙁

I've ordered a XL size and basically just got a L.

Just a $10 refund doesn't even come close to how expensive the jacket was in the first place.

I could wait for the next time they drop again, so that I get the correct size for instance.

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns and exchanges. Specially this item is a preorder one and we don't have extra sizes to exchange it. I asked the appropriate department who handles this case and we can only give you $10 refund or $15 off for your next order.

So in conclusion don't support a business that threats you like one big walking wallet. You are nothing more to them.

0 Customer Service

Placed an Order at 23rd Nov 2024, this was the last Date of an E-Mail Information (Order confirmation). Since this no information about the current status at all.
Mid february I started to think that there should come an update soon, because it states that end of february the shipping begins.
So I ask on their Discord if there's any information.
There you always get the same answer: "Please check the timetable on their webiste. If you did not hear anything else it's all according to the timetable."
End of February and no shipping happened.
Now you get the answer
"Well the timetable is just an estimate and there can be slight delay"
First they say the timetable is the correct answer, now they simply change to it's an estimate.
4 Days later - still no new information.
Again the customers has to ask about information instead of that their shop directly provides information.
To make it worse: Their discord started doing censhorship and deleted all messages from everybody who tells their dissastisfaction and in addition everyone will be timeouted or even banned. I got banned 14Days.
Instead of listening to their customers and say Sorry they simply start to delete everything just to prevent getting a bad image - so false adverstising.
At the 4th March we got an update, the update now states that there's ONE MONTH Delay. No Real Sorry, no compensation or anything.

For me this website seems like a total scam, I contacted my Lawyer to get my Money back-

Great little business

Made a preorder in August with an estimate of arrival by end of January, products are high quality, packaged beautifully and in sturdy plastic packaging, sizing has been spot on as well, customer service was responsive when I enquired if my parcel was due to ship soon earlier in the month

Beautiful designs but awful customer…

Beautiful designs but awful customer service. Was super unhelpful with resolving a shipping issue (told me to figure it out). When the package could not be intercepted (as confirmed by the Post Office), they refused to replace or refund me and blamed the entire thing on me, saying I could have picked my package up (despite the Post Office saying otherwise). Would have loved to work something out but I was repeatedly bush off and ignored by the Seller.
