Acabo de descubrir Venga Store y estoy muy contenta con mi experiencia. Si buscas ropa que te haga destacar en un festival, este es definitivamente el lugar. Diseños únicos, calidad, envío todo ha ido perfecto. Seguro repito.

Good quality, true to size, arrived on time. Wore everything the whole weekend and had no issues. Would order again.

I will focus my review on the return process with Venga while also providing additional feedback for readers to consider and to have as knowledge about this company. I contacted Customer Service about starting a return. Their return location is in Spain, which is not noted on the website (as of Aug. 19, 2025). They initially offered me to keep the items at 50% due to "high shipping fees" but it was cheaper to send the items back. I sent the items back in the timeline of 14 days of receiving them. It's now been two and half weeks since I sent them and the carrier (reputable one - used USPS to ship them to Spain). The carrier has tried to deliver the package but is not able to reach anyone there. I have contacted Customer Service with little support on their end. They chose to write about an entirely different topic.

I also received my packages in several other packages with address from China. It was a bit confusing as I was not sure who was sending these packages. They use different carriers for their packages, so I had some packages arrive using a forwarded address and others not. Overall the shipping and return process is not smooth and in my opinion they should not be operating globally under such an infrastructure.

Venga Store offers a great selection of cool and unique products that you don’t find everywhere. What really stands out is their excellent customer service – I contacted them several times and always received quick, friendly, and helpful responses. You truly feel well taken care of. I can highly recommend Venga Store!
