Die Taschen sind echt schön, individuell und da glaub ich von jeder Tasche auch nicht so viele Exemplare produziert werden, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit eher gering, dass man jemandem mit derselben Tasche begegnet. Aber die Qualität ist echt nicht gut.
Mir ist bereits nach ein paar Wochen bei meiner Tasche der Reißverschluss Zieher abgebrochen, nach etwa 1 Jahr ein Knopf und nach fast 2 Jahren ist der Umhängegürtel komplett gerissen.

Ich habe dann bei Vendula London angefragt, was man da machen kann und habe sogar eindeutige Fotos mitgeschickt.
Man hat nur 1 Jahr Garantie und da könne man leider dann nichts machen. Es wurde noch nicht einmal eine Reparatur angeboten.

Echt traurig, vor allen Dingen, weil die Taschen ja jetzt auch nicht günstig sind. "Billigtaschen" für 20 Euro halten da um Längen und auch um Jahre viel besser....

They give extremely dishonest conversation rates for different countries to purchase from them. They often charge around $100 EXTRA for a bag if you buy in USD. It is actually cheaper to purchase from boutiques in Australia as they don't rip you off like that, and they've paid shipping to boot. If you ask about it they ignore you or delete your comments. I was an avid collector for years and feel silly for giving a dishonest company so much money. BUYER BEWARE

I just love Vendula's purses and this company! I'm in the US and items are shipped quickly and usually arrive at my house within 2 weeks. Customer service is wonderful and extremely helpful and they answer emails very quickly. Thanks so much for your wonderful purses and customer service!

The customer service was very good,
I could not complete a transaction on their website because no postage cost was available.
I contacted them and received an automated email telling me their hours of business Mon-Friday.
(It was the weekend)
On Monday i received an email asking about the problem. Within 24hrs they gave me 2 suggestions to remedy the problem, and they worked.
They were very informative and courteous.
I live in Australia

My parcel was stolen as Evri left it in an unsafe place. Vendula offered me a replacement right away and answered within 24h. Fantastic customer services!

Consiglio a tutti Vendula, anche per gli splendidi oggetti che vendono che non sono come nelle foto, sono ancora più belli!

The customer service dept. was extremely quick in answering my question -- even though it was a holiday when I sent it, I got an answer the next day. The bag I received as a gift is a work of art -- whimsical and the workmanship is incredible. Nothing but compliments on it from friends (and strangers).

I ordered an item from Vendula London and through no fault of their own it was lost in transit. When I raised the issue the customer service were professional, helpful and quick at resolving the problem. A+ service!

Sprachlos... Meine neue Tasche ist heute angekommen. Sie hat von London nach Bayern 3 Tage gebraucht mit FedEx und Hermes.
Wo soll ich anfangen?
Die Bag sieht in real nochmal 100x mal besser aus. Die ganzen Details waren auf der Homepage nicht wirklich erkennbar. Es handelt sich um Details mit Nieten, Silber, Plüsch und und und. Die unterschiedlichen Materialien hauen mich um. Super sauber und hochwertig gearbeitet, geliefert in einer leichten Tasche zum Schutz der gekauften Tasche. Für den ursprünglichen Preis konnte ich sie mir nicht leisten, jedoch im Sale plus 8€ Gutscheincode ging es klar. Sie wäre definitiv den Preis aber wert gewesen. Mich ärgert, dass ich diese Marke nicht schon viel früher gekannt habe.
Insgesamt würde ich 10 Sterne geben, wenn möglich.

I have purchased 5 different Vendula hand bags with the matching key charms and wallets. I love them all and always receive many compliments while wearing them. The quality and appearance is awesome, they are so creatively designed. I purchased my first in the shop at St Gabriel’s Wharf and the other 4 online. There was a mixup with my last online order of the Mistletoe Lane handbag, wallet and key charm, I received something I didn’t order and did not receive something I did order. I contacted Vendula online and had excellent customer service, I was told to keep the sent article and my missing article was dispatched to me promptly and at no charge. I would not hesitate to purchase again or to recommend them.

Had an issue with a new bag I'd purchased and it was dealt with straight away,very friendly and professional,Will continue to purchase beautiful products.

I have been buying the bags for many years, and love every one. On a visit to the London store, the assistant was friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service have quickly sorted out a problem with my order today, that was actually my own fault, so they didn't need to help.

I have bought 3 bags from vendula over a period of time, the third was sadly faulty but the customer service was excellent. They weren’t able to sort the issue out by replacing the bag as it was out of stock, but are now processing a refund for me, within a week of my contacting them.

Awful company to deal with . They make errors on bags that cost £140! Spelling mistakes , punctuation and wrong roman numerals on their bags . When you try talk to them about it they lie, delete comments and block you on social media. It has happened to many previous loyal fans.
The bag quality has deteriorated over the past year or two. Bags peel , scuff easy , handles snap and clasps break. Not good enough for the price.

After reading through the reviews here I decided to chance it and order a bag. I'm glad to say I'm absolutely delighted with it! It's exactly as pictured and has a very high quality feel to it. I just received it so I can't speak for how long it lasts yet.
