my two doctors couldn't connect it. a product website did.
I don't know where to start with this so I'll just start and we'll see where it goes. I'm 52. I work retail, on my feet all day, and for the past couple years I'd been dealing with this combination of things always feeling full and uncomfortable, legs that were just dead by like 2pm, and this lower pressure situation that I'll leave vague but that made certain normal activities just quietly miserable. I saw my doctor about the legs. She said venous issues, recommended vein support. I saw another doctor about the digestive stuff. He said fiber. Nobody connected them. Nobody said hey these things might actually be two symptoms of the same underlying issue with your circulation and transit. I found Venalys on my own. Read that it does both. Ordered it a little desperately. Week 2 my digestion changed. Like noticeably. The fullness I always felt after lunch gone. Going in the morning was suddenly easy and normal in a way I had forgotten was possible. I actually texted my friend that I'd had a good morning without explaining why and she was like ...ok The leg thing took longer. Maybe week 4-5. But they don't give out under me by 2pm anymore. And the vague pressure situation I mentioned? Also resolved, around week 5-6. I wish I'd found the connection sooner. My two doctors between them couldn't put it together and I found it on a product website.
