Try to cancel you have to suspend your card the worst ripoff company I have ever seen product doesn't work phone number no good stay clear once they get your card number your screwed

Will get your card and charge it monthly and not refund you

Wish this platform had a negative star! Put in a complaint through my bank and got a refund back. When the hair straightener arrived a month after purchased I did the right thing and posted it back and was told I would be refunded. Two months later and the company hasn’t given my postage cost back.

I received my package today after waiting over a month for it. I wanted these as a surprise for my daughter for Christmas but the way I received them apart from being very late was absolutely horrible. The boxes were completely crushed and wrecked. The figurines with parts broken. Definitely not worth the money I had to pay for them. Paid for express shipping and definitely did not receive that. I am very disappointed and now so is my daughter. I paid $168 AUD sent an email let’s see if I get a response or I’ll ask for a refund through PayPal.

Bij een retour willen ze je eerst verleiden met iets anders naar je toesturen. Ze maken je het heel moeilijk om belachelijke zaken te vragen zoals foto's te maken van wat je retour stuurt . zelfs tot 3 x toe omdat ze het zgn niet kunnen vinden. ben al mee bezig vanaf 2/9/2025 Pakket naar China gestuurd na veel aandringen eindelijk een adres kostte 22, eur Is door de douane vanaf 13/11/2025 nog steeds niet aangekomen bij de geadresseerde.

Total scam company. Paid $49.99 for an adult hand casting kit. I received one meant for a newborn, the same one is lited for $13 on walmart. Complete joke of a product!

I ordered a Christmas toy for my daughter on line the week before thanksgiving and it was around 40.00 dollars well it’s Christmas Eve and still don’t have a tracking number i keep getting emails that don’t really tell me anything and this company is a complete rip off if you look and deep dive it is a company that hides it self but it’s based so it says main land china but when I order my product said it was coming from Durham nc I will probably never get it so DONT order from here it is a rip off and a scam

Customer service is very bad shipping updates are very bad to the point you have no idea where your package is trying to talk to Customer service and they won't respond, I should have done my research first, cause I wouldn't have ordered this product at all.

I purchased the hand casting kit advertised for 2 adult hands. What I received was a bucket and product that would not be enough for a babies foot. Would not recommend, and there correspondence is terrible. I wouldn't even rate 1 star but was required to.

Totally a SCAM! Paid $18 for Feminine Hygiene Gummies. Never received product, couldn't contact thru email or call for Refund. Exactly why I don't like ordering from social media. This was advertised thru Facebook.

Op de site staat: voor 23 uur besteld? De volgende dag verzonden. Dat is niet gelogen. Ze verzenden het wel, maar vervolgens duurt het dus anderhalve week voordat het arriveert. Dan blijkt het dropshipping te zijn. Ik had 2 jurken besteld voor een bruiloft. Die pas een week na de bruiloft aankwamen, toen had ik er niks meer aan. De retourprocedure is lastig. Ik heb nu al 3 mails moeten sturen om een concrete reactie te krijgen hoe ik iets kan retourneren. Moet naar China......

Scam don't buy from them, products awful. I'm 5months waiting for refund countless emails sent no reply. Down €100 between buying the dress and expensive return €23. Avoid this company.

Er blevet trukket to gange for samme varer . Fik forkert tracking nummer og tog kontakt til FedEx, som skrev jeg ikke stod som modtager.
Svindelfirma . Pas godt på .
