Très satisfait des deux hauts achetés (maillot et veste).
Les tenues sont très agréables à porter et les couleurs sont magnifiques.
La veste tient suffisamment chaud sans étouffer.

First Velor bib, my new favourite bib
After purchaisng a jersey and a gilet, I just received a bib.
It's my first non-black bib, absolutely love the colour and the comfort.
For info, I'm a 176cm / 67kg male and took M size. Fit is tight and sporty.
Absolutely love Velor products and will purchase again

Testé en voyage à vélo d'une semaine : très bonne tenue de cyclisme. Le maillot a une bonne coupe, et convient même aux épaules un peu larges. Textile qualitatif et respirant.
Le cuissard est très confortable après de nombreuses heures, et les poches latérales sont très pratiques (on peut y mettre même un smartphone volumineux, il se fait oublier). Le cuissard manque un peu d'élasticité au niveau de la ceinture, c'est le seul défaut à améliorer.

The shorts were faulty
The shorts were faulty.
I bought a short and shirt 2 years ago. And didnt wear it all to much. At most 10 times. Then after a year being in the drawer i put them on and wash it, they fall apart. Contrary to the promise of us being "a strong team and ride thousands of kilometers"
I contact customer support, and Mike kindly tells me thats not supposed to happen. He will look up the same short in his inventory and send it over.
2 weeks later i contact him about if the short are going to be sent soon. As i am cycling in broken shorts at that time.
He says he wont be in his inventory any time soon. He offers me a size smaller, which i decline as it wont fit.
He also offers me to buy a newer pair with great discount. Which i also decline as these shorts havent proven themselves at all at this point.
Then another 3 weeks pass. And i contact him stating that i would rather have the money for the shorts. As seemingly Mike wants to bleed this conversation dead.
His response is that he doesnt do warranty on 2 year old shorts. As if this whole conversation never happened.
All in all, poor quality product, poor customer service.
The shirt is fine though.

It's unfortunate that the product developed a fault after some time, even though it’s now over two years old and beyond our warranty period. That said, our intention was always to find a fair and helpful solution, which is why we initially offered to replace the shorts at no cost, despite them being out of warranty. Unfortunately, your size was no longer in stock, and as an alternative, we offered a newer model at a significant discount to accommodate your situation as best as we could.
We understand that this did not meet your expectations, and we regret if it came across as unwillingness to help, that was never our intention. We also apologize if the communication felt delayed or unclear at times; we take that seriously and will discuss it internally to improve for the future.

Premières impressions
Premières impressions, après une petite sortie de 44km Gravel.
Avant tout, esthétiquement c’est très réussi et ça donne un style incroyable.
Ensuite pour moi 1.78 pour 76kg, M pour le haut et le bas, l’ajustement est parfait.
Sur les 2h, le cuissard ne bouge pas, je ne sais pas si c’est lié aux vêtements mais je trouve qu’on a une sensation de fraîcheur très agréable.

Super shirt en broek!
Super (duurzaam) shirt en broek! Voor het shirt had ik gekozen zoals voorgaande jaren voor een maat L, maar dit jaar vallen ze iets ruimer. Het kon makkelijk geruild worden voor een maat kleiner. En de duurzame manier van verzenden spreekt me erg aan.
