I used regularly as my go to favourite…
I use regularly as my go to favourite but recently service levels have changed. Rewards and effiency of rewarding made me stay loyal. Now i asked for my frre reward spins and sometimes 4 days later they reply.i have spent over 100 pound and qualify no response. I checked promos section they now say unlimited free spins available this is not true misleading to customers tgerefore disappointing poor service delivery. Such a shame loved velobet for years.

I would strongly advise against using…
I would strongly advise against using Velobet. I was playing the live casino game Crazy Time with a £25 stake. The main bonus feature landed, and the final wheel clearly hit a 400x multiplier. My return should have been exactly £10,000.
Instead, my account was mysteriously credited with only £1,098.14.
To make matters worse, I currently have no access to my own gameplay information to review the session data, though thankfully I managed to take a screenshot of the incident. When I reached out to their live chat, the support staff were completely unhelpful and unable to resolve the massive discrepancy.
I have now had to send a formal dispute to their compliance team and will be escalating this to the Curaçao Gaming Authority and CADRE if they do not pull the server logs and pay out the remaining £8,900+ that I am owed.
Do not trust this casino. If you land a big multiplier, they will apparently find a way to shortchange you. Highly recommend playing elsewhere.
