Ordered a dress from Velclaire Mode (named as "Short strapless satin draped cocktail dress with mermaid silhouette") and received what honestly looks like a cheap SHEIN-quality knockoff that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the photos advertised on their website.
The material is extremely cheap synthetic fabric, the fit and design are completely different, and the overall quality is terrible compared to what was shown online. The website looks professional and legitimate, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. After looking into it further I found multiple reviews from other customers describing the exact same issue: products arriving completely different from the pictures and poor customer service/refund experiences. I have photo evidence, screenshots of the original listing, and proof of purchase. Be very very careful before ordering from this site.

Their website indicates clearly on their main page, in the FAQ, that return shipping is free. However, when asking to return a product (order #1424), you end up talking to a script which ignores what you say and only offers partial reimbursements (first 10%, then 15%, then 50%) instead of following their policy. They claim that returns are to be paid by the customer and that they cost about $40, almost as much as the product.
Plus, the received product was nothing like the one shown on the website: the color and fit were completely different, and it was 100% polyester instead of 100% cotton.

This is a Chinese scam site registered in the Netherlands. I ordered a beautiful bohemian blouse and paid €45 for it. I received an ugly, completely useless parody of a synthetic piece of shit. Avoid!

Quality-wise, fabric-wise, and shipping-wise, it’s one of the best. Man, I’m now a fan of piqué knit, jersey in cotton, and technical blend, which this polo shirt has, but I just felt the color orange I chose is too bright, too revealing, and too flashy.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this sweater, everything about it! I’ve never felt stylish wearing this, and my friends kept asking me where I found it. Only, it’s too thin for me, I mean the fabric, and I believe I’d need to buy a new one anytime soon.
