EN: My order arrived very fast (to Germany) and the material of my dress is amazing. It’s a Bit tight tailored but I guess I’ll have to fix that at a Tailor. I am over all satisfied! :)

Poor quality and material! It’s also too expensive and when you request refund, they do not return the full amount. Their refund is super complicated. Do not recommend it to anyone

This company shouldn’t be allowed to call themselves Islamic in any way- they never refunded me for a dress I sent back to them and when I contacted customer service they straight up told me that there’s nothing they can do…. 0 for the quality and 0 for the service. Literally thieves.

Go to Import Yetti and see where their stock is from. Mass producers in China. Scarves, apparel...from China. Might as well go to AliExpress, cheaper items, cheaper shipping, and you usually only have to wait 2 weeks which seems to be round VC shipping time..oh but you don't have to pay $8 to wait. :D

These people are incompetent thieves. I placed an order in June and now it’s sept, I still have not received the item. I have been going back and forth through email since and they keep trying to beat around the bush about how their “rep will update them on shipping time. I am just SOOO frustrated. Please never order anything from this place.

I ordered two dresses from here in June. The dresses were nice but the size charts were way off! I used a measuring tape to measure the dresses I bought and they were definitely much smaller than the size chart indicated. I emailed my concerns to them and got a "sorry you feel that way" as a response. I returned my order, but also left reviews for both the dresses I bought to let others know that they run very small. Strangely, none of my reviews were posted. I find it very suspicious that only 4 and 5 stars reviews are posted on their website. I followed up with them about why my review is not posted and they did not give a clear response. Overall, overpriced and not sized correctly. The experience was not great and I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

I had a friend who had an issue with them before, but I was willing to give them a shot. They promote “Any 2 for $89” on certain items, but when I came to purchase, the promotion would not apply. I contacted them and they did reply quickly, I will give them that. However, they said the promotion had ended. This doesn’t exactly make sense because their website is advertising it without any noted end date, so anyone perusing their site would assume it’s still on. Then, when they agreed to honor it, they said the two items I purchased did not qualify because the promotion stated it needs to be a top and bottom. This would be fine if it was written somewhere on their site, but I searched all over and there is nothing about the promotion anywhere else; it just says “Any 2”, and last I checked that doesn’t mean “top and bottom”. They were courteous throughout the email chain, but I’m not really sure why they feel the need to use deceitful and dishonest advertising techniques. We’ll see if I get the refund after I had them cancel my order.

Dresses fit well, website is good. No free returns but I liked my choices I just don’t understand why shops don’t do free returns especially when I see high prices.
My problem is that they charged me twice for one order my bank had to block my card.
I want to order back but I am afraid it ll happen again

Note: Summer clothes are warmer than expected bc they’re doubled.

The clothes are way overpriced for the quality of pieces. Initially ordered from here and needed to return the items. It gave me a coupon code to use and when I tried using the code it gave a message error about the mailing address and how it couldn't ship there. I'm so irritated because I will be out of money if I can't order anything

I randomly came here to check reviews for another online retail store and got surprised by seeing the rating for veiled collection, I have ordered so many stuff from this store like scarfs and dresses and they were amazing quality, the prices are high but I always grab their stuff when sale is going on. There quality of dresses is really amazing( a little on the heavier side, no see through at all).
There customer service is also good , once I changed my mind after placing an order and the person fixed it for me, also returns are also not bad at all.

I ordered from this brand april 1st for the celebration of Laid. And I’ve received half of everything and we are april 20th. The 3abaya 3 set I’ve never received the open abaya so I won’t be able to wear it. Same for the hijabs and the undercap I’ve receive either the undercap either de hijab on each color ! They have refunded me at the end of the month because out of stock and I still have never been refunded for the 3abaya of course the most expensive one…

Received a three piece abaya set-quality beautiful fabric however was sent with a defective zipper. I returned the abaya within their return policy guidelines-unused, all tags attached. Received an email confirmation that they received the item. Three weeks later I have no replacement sent, have sent multiple emails to their customer service and do not receive any reply. I was basically charged over $100 for an item they sent defective and now have kept without replacing. So frustrating

Clothes are nice, won’t lie. But like everyone else’s complaint, their service is subpar. Ordered a dress and paid for it to be expedited (receive in 1-3 business days) since I needed it for a wedding, but I ended up receiving it later and ended up having to wear something else. Reached out and they were not helpful. No refund for the expedited fee despite not receiving my dress in time. Returned the dress and yes, I paid shipping fees for the return. A waste of money but at this point, it wasn’t even about the money. It’s about the principle. Simply want them to acknowledge their mistake. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping there again.

My most wardrobe pieces are from the Veiled collection. I have tried merchandises from different overseas sites like Modanisa, Annah hariri, Niswa fashion and veiled is the best so far for me personally : easy returns, decent quality, good fits, nice selection. I am glad, as a Muslim woman I found a store where I can refresh my closet with the pretty modest clothes. All other I have mentioned above I had to give away or return because of quality, stains or unpleasant smell and poor stitching.

This is a terrible company. Don’t trust them. I spent a lot of money on their website to prepare for my wedding but unfortunately three of packages disappeared and they told me to solve the problem myself, either with the carrier or the police. Don’t spend your money on nothing. They are terrible with customers. And very rude.

Amazing customer service over email. It did take a while for a response but they were so helpful when I did receive an email back.
I was not expecting the quality of the clothes to be so amazing❤️ I will be purchasing more from this website.
I highly recommend this site if you’re looking for gorgeous and long lasting clothes.
