The glasses arrived scratched straight out of the box. The damage was already there when I opened the package, which clearly shows that the product was sent in defective condition.
I immediately contacted customer support and followed all of their instructions for an exchange or resolution. I responded to every email and provided all requested information. However, it has now been more than a week, and the issue remains unresolved.
The customer service has been extremely slow and inefficient. Every response takes far too long, and there appears to be little concern about resolving a problem that was caused by the company.
To make matters worse, I am now receiving requests from DHL to pay additional charges related to this order. I should not be expected to pay extra fees when the product arrived damaged from the beginning.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund. If the company does not take immediate action to resolve this matter, I will contact my bank and dispute the charge.
I expected a premium product and professional customer service. Instead, I received a scratched item and have spent over a week trying to get a solution. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

A surprisingly pleasant experience
I am extremely satisfied with both the site and the products and I would like to give extra stars for resolving the situation I went through with this seller. The site specifies that taxes and VAT are included in the price, something that the Romanian authorities did not accept and asked me to pay. In order not to lose the order, I paid them, and the seller refunded the amounts paid in a very short time. Respect!

I purchased a pair of sunglasses and attempted to return them immediately. Initially, they refused to accept the return and would only offer an exchange. After further communication, they agreed to provide a refund but then supplied the wrong return address.
I sent the item via express post and it was returned to me due to the incorrect address provided. I then resent the sunglasses to a new address they gave me. According to tracking, the company received the item five days ago. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails regarding my refund.
This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will now be lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC.
I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this business.

Really disappointed with the purchase experience from Vehla. Ordered on the 12th of March. It is now the 25th of March. I just received my order and they only shipped one pair of glasses so I’m needing to chase them up again. The customer service team take days to reply.

I am extremely disappointed with Vehla Eyewear. I have purchased from this brand twice, and during my second purchase, the items did not meet my expectations at all. Unfortunately, what followed was even more frustrating.
I contacted the brand hoping to exchange the items or receive a refund. A customer service representative, Dee Arro, responded stating: “I can confirm that a promotional code was applied at checkout. As outlined in our returns policy, orders placed using promotional offers are not eligible for returns, and exchanges are generally not offered in these cases.” I was also directed to their returns policy page.
This policy was not clearly communicated during checkout, and I genuinely believed this restriction applied only to final sale items, not any purchase using a promo code. Because of this lack of transparency, I feel completely misled and taken advantage of.
I truly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. Save yourself the stress. Based on my experience, this is not a customer-friendly or genuine company.

Do not buy from Vehla. In hindsight, the red flags are there (very high bought IG follower base, all IG influencers, lots of deleted comments, no response, no contact details, no refund Policy) I have just followed them for so long and didn’t look into it again before making my purchase. Their sunglasses are SHEIN like products, actually identical. All they have done is add their own logo onto the very very cheap fabrication sunnies (Shein sells them for $2-$3), the case etc and slapped it with a hefty $250 price tag. It’s disheartening and unethical. I’m so disappointed. I will be filing a complaint with ACCC and Amex to dispute the charges.
Very Disappointing: Misleading Sizing, Poor Quality & No Returns
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses during their “2 for the price of 1” promotion. When they arrived, I was shocked at how tiny they were. They look smaller than on the photos online — They only seem to “fit” Instagram models with filters, which now feels very misleading.
The quality seems cheap, and it genuinely looks like the packaging costs more to produce than the sunglasses themselves. I doubt they cost more than a few euros to make, yet they are sold at a heavily inflated price.
The worst part was the return policy. When I asked to exchange one of them, I was told that returns were not allowed because of the promotion. But this so-called “promotion” has been running nonstop all year — which means this is simply their normal pricing strategy. Legally, that means they cannot refuse a return, since the price is not actually temporary.
So now I’m stuck with two overpriced, poor-quality pairs of sunglasses. Between the misleading photos, the sizing, the quality, and the return refusal, this was a very bad experience. I definitely do not recommend buying from this brand.

they exclude promotional offers from their returns policy. But if you don’t select the 2 for 1 promotion it automatically gets added to your basket the minute you add a second pair. There is no way to add two glasses without the promotion. They then refuse to honour return policy even though you never authorised use of the offer. DO NOT BUY. Too large in size and fall off. They don’t do returns or refunds on their 2:1 offer. Defs a scam on their T&Cs. Shame a friend had a big head and referred me. 👎

I bought the glasses during a promotion when they first launched the “two for the price of one” deal. When they arrived, they turned out to be much smaller than they looked - honestly, they’re so hard to fit, I don’t think they’d suit anyone. They only look good on Instagram models with filters.
I wanted to return them, but they tricked me, saying that they don’t accept returns during their promotion. But the thing is, they’ve never stopped this discount - it’s been going on all year.
According to the law, they have no right to refuse returns if this is their regular price. That means $125 for a pair is the real price of the product, not $250.

Please don’t buy from this company. If you buy any sunglasses be sure that they fit correctly and that you’re happy with them. Customer service is lacking and delay response. Product isn’t that great so save your money and go elsewhere!

A policy of no refund – only exchange for store credit at the customer's own expense, shipped back to Australia is unacceptable.
At the same time, the brand aggressively promotes offers such as “buy one, get one free” on sunglasses, which raises serious questions about the true quality of a product priced at €200.
Practices like this should be banned in the EU. Admittedly, in today’s age of online shopping, enforcing such standards is challenging.
However, any brand that values fair treatment of its customers should clearly disclose its return and refund policy upfront.

I’ve only ever bought sunglasses from Gucci so was taking a gamble on these but pleased to say they have exceeded my expectations .
