Donna Day is amazing, I was kept informed throughout my order, keeping me updated on the progress of my order. I got my car on time, even the collection at Cairnryan was smooth and thanks to Brian from Southampton for his help showing me the controls of the new car. Donna is absolutely amazing! She was extremely patient with me and walked me through all of my options and revisions over the period of a few weeks during my decision process. If it hadn't been for Donna, I would have chosen a different leasing company.

Communication was great all the way
Communication was great all the way. Instructions were clear. My car arrived later than planned but possibly because it was over the Christmas season.
Delivery driver was very polite and had washed the car as they got to my town.
I’m very pleased with my car and the service I received
