Im the first to call out a scam website - trust me I started thinking this site was a scam and even let the site know this. Long story short - it you want quick money this site might not be for you but if you want to live in the real world and gamble within your means this site is for you. Yes you can win, yes you can be bent over and spanked - that's gambling. If you have any problems reach out to them they really seem to care- my rep Mike turned me from me calling him a scammer to writing a 5 star view for his company. They do pay out and I have won - just check terms when you accept a bonus. I have lost too and would prefer to lose here than anywhere else - Well done Mike and thank you for calling me out for calling you a scammer

Where to start. Lost circa £900 no troubles at all. Luckily enough ended up winning £1600. This was on 28th May, withdrawals have been ‘processing’ since. My account is fully KYC verified too. Rang me NONE STOP even through my marketing preferences were changed to no email/calls/SMS. Called me whilst I was at work when I politely told them I was at work and couldn’t talk they urged me to answer a question what my last bet was… and when I opened my account.. what kind of question is this when already verified! Emails ‘Congratulating’ me on my big win (that they won’t pay out) offering me a special offer but I had to reply/call them! Embarrassing. Endless messages on live chat for my bonus too, DO NOT OFFER IT IF IT DOESN’T AUTOMATICALLY GIVE IT!

Now having to pursue the not paying out issue as well as contacting me against preferences. Do not use this site.

This casino doesn’t close down your account even after you tell them you have a gambling problem. They continue to send promo emails offering bonuses too. They accept UK residents and process payments via random companies using different MCC codes to hide the nature of the transactions. They contradict their own terms by having GB on their sign up form but then say they don’t accept residents in the UK. They ignore all communication.

Zero security

I've been receiving recurring password change notifications that I didn't request! I find this very serious, given that the security system is so compromised. When I contacted support, via chat and email, I haven't received a single response after 11 days! I thought I could trust this site, but I have no guarantees of doing so. I won't give them any more opportunities to play or deposit.

Affiliate program scam

We were hired to assist on the affiliate program - multiple meetings and face to face conversations took place and 6 weeks of work, David the affiliate manager kept making excuses as to why the funds we were promised hadn’t hit our account after weeks and weeks of waiting he finally responded to advise we are not getting paid and we are in fact the scammers - I have all the conversation recorded and kept as evidence -
Stay well away from this Casino, I’ve been in the industry 20 years and this is the worst experience of my career!!!
