Me han suscrito a plan premiun sin mi consentimiento sólo cuando compre 1€ . y no quieren devolver el dinero. son unos estafadores.

Una truffa. Ho convertito un file che mi serviva in vettoriale all'apparente costo indicato di 1€, lasciando quindi i dati della carta di credito. Dopo 2 giorni scopro che mi è stato attivato un abbonamento mensile al costo di 29€. Non so dove fosse scritto della sottoscrizione all'abbonamento ma assolutamente non era chiaro, anzi... Volutamente una truffa.

It’s a scam. When you pay £1 for an imagine to download, they bill you £26 two days later. They maintain that you’ve signed up for a subscription. I hadn’t signed up, they do it and don’t inform you that they’ve done it!! Disingenuous at best or a complete scam!! Avoid.

First off, the photo enhancement application is brilliant and greatly improved the image I had. I was able to use it for a mobile game when all pictures previously submitted were rejected due to ‘low quality!’

Like most folk who have come to Trust Pilot, I too was caught out with the £1 trial period. I thought it was for this one image and was surprised when a subscription charge came out of my bank account a few days later.

I wouldn’t call it a ‘scam’ as other have done on here as this was all detailed in the T&Cs. I also did get a confirmation email explaining this however, it was flag as junk and I missed it.

Following this charge, I contacted Verticon.co and asked for a refund which I have now received.

This did take a bit of haggling as the T&Cs I agreed to, stated that it’s not possible to refund once this fee has been charged. I highlighted that under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK law), there is a 14-day cooling off period for subscription such as this and customers cannot waive this right.

As I cancelled my account as soon as the charge was made and had not used the application outside of the trial period, I am entitled to a refund which I got.

I will also credit Vertico.co with their excellent communication. I might not have liked nor agreed with some of their replies but they always responsed promptly and politely.

In summary: The application is great, I’m stupid for not reading the T&Cs and Vertico.co provided me with the refund as requested.

SCAM This company is effectively engaged in online theft. Do not give these people your account details, stay away.

It's a total SCAM. I paid $1 to try the service and was charged for a monthly subscription. The company created an account for me without my knowledge. Stay away from this company.

j'ai trouvé ce site en cherchant sur google " vectoriser une image en ligne gratuit" la recherche a aboutit à ce site avec pour titre : "Vectoriser une image en ligne gratuit - Image en Vectoriel" sauf que bien sur cela n'est PAS DU TOUT GRATUIT

Like others, I thought I was paying a £1 to download an image only for the company to try and sign me up for a rolling contract. Fortunately, the bank intervened and registered it as a scam/attempted fraud.

Für ein Foto, das ich für 1 Euro vektorisieren lassen habe wurden mir zwei Tage später gleich nochmal € 29,00 von meinem Konto abgebucht. Konto ist nun gesperrt.

Quería vectorizar una imagen. Me salió el formulario de pago de 1€ ¿Qué puede salir mal? Es entonces cuando, curioseando, me encontré las advertencias de esta web. Para cancelar la suscripción me las vi y me las deseé, ya que no había logueado siquiera. Registrarse de forma normal no era una opción, tuve que fingir que quería recuperar la contraseña para establecer una. Una vez logrado esto, ya pude acceder a los ajustes, de ahí a billing y cancelar por fin. Aún tengo la mosca detrás de la oreja. Mañana, hablaré con el banco.

SCAM. Like everyone else here I paid £1 for a one off service and did not notice I got myself subscribed to a rolling contract which resulted in an additional £26 charge two days later. No confirmation email, no nothing.
I CONTACTED MY BANK WHICH CONFIRMED IT’S A SCAMMING PRACTICE AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CANCELLED IMMEDIETALY TO PREVENT FURTHER CHARGES. NOW THE CASE IS WITH A DISPUTE TEAM TO GET £26 BACK.

Arnaque ! On pense payer 1 euros et c’est écrit en tout petit sur la popup où on entre sa carte bleu que sous 2 jours on consent à s’abonner à un abonnement de 29 euros. J’ai mis 2 mois à m’en rendre compte. Consentement non éclairé = arnaque !

Funny thing is, I was thrilled with the Image Vectorizer. On one hand, after signing up for the trial, which I thought was a one time thing, I didn't get those extra charges some people got. Unfortunately the second time around I realized I was paying $29, but was too late. Couldn't cancel the payment as it was going through. Contacted them but based on other reviews, I'm not expecting a refund. If you haven't created an account, go through the reset password flow because they create an account for you when you go through the trial flow the first time. Then go into your account and cancel the subscription. Hopefully I won't get any more charges.

It was a scam. They tried to charge $30 after I paid for a $1 service a few days ago. Luckily, my bank flagged the transaction.

Me han cargado una subcripción de 29 euros que no he pedido ni necesito por usar una mejora de una fotografía antigua.He solicitado la devolución y si no recibo el dinero en breve pondré una denuncia ante la policia.

Informo, después de varios correos y amenazar con denunciar me han echo un reembolso de 29 euros y cordialmente han pedido disculpas.

poco chiari, ho utilizzato il periodo “gratuito” di due giorni e mi si è attivato un abbonamento da 30€ senza che io lo volessi perché appunto, volevo usufruire del periodo gratuito
ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi è stato detto che non è possibile fare nulla perché c’era scritto nei termini e condizioni quindi sono dei ladri

Truffa, con l'acquisto di un prodotto da 1 euro si attiva l'abbonamento di 29 euro dopo due giorni. Fuorvianti le informazioni sul sito. Speriamo che qualcuno più grande di me gli faccia causa e si riprenda i 30 euro che gli ho lasciato.

I have had the same experience as everybody else on this platform and they took an unauthorised £26 out of my account in September and October.
This company is running an illegal scam.
I SUGGEST WE TAKE OUT A CORPORATE LEGAL CLASS ACTION AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTERS AND SUE NOT ONLY FOR THE RETURN OF THE LOSS OF MONEY BUT FOR THE DISTRESS CAUSED.

I’m normally pretty good at spotting these kind of scams but Vecticon got me. Same as others, I thought the £1 charge as a 1-time use of upscaling software was about right and missed the very well hidden £26 subscription charge. I’m annoyed but I can afford to lose that £26, others won’t. I actually also feel sorry for anyone who works for or is associated with this low-life shady company, it must be humiliating.

Basically the same problem most of the commenters have noticed, I have to say that with a few emails back and forth I could manage to get my 29€ back, and they tried via email to convert the image I needed and the result received was not working, I think they need to improve the product and their terms and conditions.
