Another scam service - fell for the single payment "bait and switch" trick. Do not use.
Also - if your password no longer works for this site - be sure to copy and paste the code they send you as when I tried to key the code in - it said "incorrect code" Luckily managed to unsubscribe.

Absolutely garbage scam website - charged me twice without my knowledge after I thought I was paying for a $1 one-time use. The AI enhancing was absolutely trash anyways and I had no idea they subscribed me to their disgusting service.

In data 03-01-2025 ho inviato mail per disdire abbonamento, mi hanno risposto e dato il numero di pratica Ymj8kJmkNGK1. Oggi mi trovo addebito di 29€ su carta. Gli ho riscritto, ma penso proprio che domani andrò dai carbinieri a fare la denuncia. Peccato perchè il sito funziona benissimo. Purtroppo non ti puoi fidare più di nessuno.

How do they get away with it?

An account I never knew I had. No password, No confirmation email of my contract with them. That alone make their T&C void.

I paid £1 in August 24 and didn't have a clue what was going on or the money being taken, no notifications, not anything.

Has their website been changed at all since Aug 24?

The 'Veticon Team' are no more than chancers sitting behind a screen and have no idea or understanding of international or EU contractual law. They are getting away with it simply because they can UNTIL somebody finally acts upon it with the full weight of the law. I informed them of International law and they have finally reacted and I would encourage others to do exactly the same and bring these thieves down.

SCAM! As all other reviews, tricked into subscribing when advertised as a £1 one off try! Emailed with no customer service skills, daylight robbery!

Paid $1 for a one off resizing of an image and ended up being charged a subscription fee. Went to cancel on the site for the "subscription" and they are now trying to charge me x3 $49 which doesn't even make sense because it's only been 2 months (says UNPAID - on 2 invoices on their website, and in my bank I paid the $1 and the $49 which was unknown to me).

Yep - like the others, just got scammed into buying a subscription. Very snakey - they make it look like you're paying for a one time use rather than entering a trial period, and then charge your card for a monthly subscription two days later without any notification.... Avoid!

Abbonamento fraudolento. Fanno pagare 1 euro per convertire un file e poi dopo 2 giorni te ne scalano 29 iscrivendoti in automatico ad un Abbonamento. Evitate questo sito!

SCAM! Was told I'd be charged a pound/dollar for one upscaled image and this auto-enrolled me into a 'subscription' at towards £30. This money was stolen and I'm reporting for fraud. I've requested a return of my money but am not hopeful. The bank may reverse payment. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I have been stolen from the same as all the other reviews on here. I accessed the change file page through google so paid $1 not realising I had supposedly signed up to some bogus subscription. $49 was taken as pending straight away (so not two days as they said). Any emails to them got a generic computer generated email back. I didn't bother to try and unsubscribe as I didn't believe I was subscribed. I just went through the process of stopping my credit card and having a totally new one issued. Bugger, feel like I got scammed. If I was better at computers I'd try and throw graffiti on their page, hack them back or something ..... I did send a letter to Malta police but nothing in reply.. I emailed netsafe here in NZ and got a good response here is what they found regarding Vecticon....

This scam site can be reported to the domain registrar. The domain registrar is the service that is making the website address available online. I will have a go with this - not sure whether it'll work but worth a try.

And I don't hate these people, I just hate what they're doing and if they're rich and not sharing this wealth with the poor then they will be shown this later when they finish this life.

I just hope that one day in the not too distant future we can live in a world that is more balanced where people do not live scraping/stealing money off people like this. Where we can all have enough money to live and be of service and feel worthy and needed for our skills and talents. LOVE is the only WAY xxxxxxx

Scam. Hides that it will bill for £26 monthly by direct debit, then issues false password to access your account so you can't cancel it.

This site is malicious and hides from the user what is actually paid. Avoid and report at all costs for dishonest business practices.

Same as everyone else- thought I was paying for a one time conversion, but apparently was paying for a 2 day trial, followed by a $30 per months subscription. Emailed them about it, but they refused to issue a refund saying "fine print". Terrible.

These guys scam you out of money. I did the £1 trial and test an image conversion - fair enough. What they don't tell you is that after 2 days they sign you up for a monthly subscription of £26 per month.

They do send you a "Welcome" email......and at the bottom in very small writing they do say you willl be automatically subscribed. Certainly not clear at all...so AVOID AT ALL COSTS
